BreannaI would stay here again! The description of the room was perfect! I had no issues at all! The location was right off of the beach and perfectly placed so we could see it from the room. Getting in and out was a breeze! I highly recommend this room!

BenjaminWonderful accommodations for our back getaway! We have enjoyed Sunbird Condos for our second year now. Perfect size for the two of us. Valeriya’s space was decorated beautifully. The furnishings were stylish and comfortable. Our host anticipated our needs throughout our stay. Having access to P Willy’s is always a bonus. We can’t wait to return next year.

Kristal M.I’ve left great reviews for years, but this was a truly bad experience. The condo was dirty on arrival—sand everywhere, a strong moldy smell from the mop, not enough bedding, and a worn-out, uncomfortable sofa bed.Being next to Pineapple Willy’s, we expected some noise, but the real issue was the aggressive and constant harassment from condo security. I (43) was with my elderly mother, her friend (both early 70’s), and my 8-year-old daughter, yet we were treated like troublemakers over how we used the elevator or walked the property. It was wild.Between the condition of the condo and the overall environment, I do not recommend SunBird Condos and will not be returning.

Condo is beautiful and just as described. Host is kind and responsive. Beach is gorgeous and the town is great for whatever you're looking to do. We were happy to just relax and enjoy the scenery, eat some great food, and rest, and this was the perfect spot. We are looking forward to coming back.

StephanieOur stay was great! We love this property! The host was very responsive. We would stay here again as it’s very convenient, no traffic and away from the busy end of PCB. Our only complaint was with the beach staff with the chairs and umbrellas, just lazy. He refused to put up the umbrellas due to wind for two days. One day was too windy, which we understood. The second day there was no wind and there were other umbrellas up both up and down the beach. It forced us to stay around the pool so our grandparent could be close to shade. So our last day wasn’t spent at the beach like we would have liked.

VladimirMy family enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautifully renovated and in the same condition as described. The condo is small, just big enough for 2 people I would say, it was actually smaller than I expected from pictures. Super short walk to the ocean, which is great. Per description it seemed that 1 swimming pool will be heated, but all 3 pools were cold and no jacuzzi at the property. If there are colder/windy/rainy days or swimming in the ocean is not allowed - you don't have much to do at the facility. Complementary beach chairs and umbrellas are fine, but service ends around 4pm, so you need to bring your own chairs after 4pm.

HaleyWould 100% book again! We’ve stayed at other condos at the Sunbird and this one has been our favorite this far. It’s beautifully renovated and has everything you’ll need. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathroom is clean, and the bed was even comfy. Everything was perfect other than the sheet on the pull out couch which smelled like pee. They did have an extra sheet in the condo so no big deal, because I see how someone cleaning would forget that. The host was always very responsive and quick to solve any issues we encountered!
