→ There is a registration fee for 3 BR plus bunks is $78.11 due to the resort that you must register for online prior to arrival. This covers any necessary parking passes and wristbands. → DAMAGE WAIVER: There is $1,500 of accidental damage coverage included per reservation provided by Safely Insurance!
→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

SaraThe view was beautiful, having 2 pools was nice. Our host was super friendly and sent someone over when we the tv wasn’t working. The ice machine wasn’t working, I didn’t say anything because we got it to work temporarily. They did have ice trays. The master bed was super comfy. I did like that there was lots of security. My car felt safe in the parking garage. The men’s sauna wasn’t working and the roman room/gym would have lots of kids in it, I feel like that should be a grownup space. It was nice that there were lots of elevators so no matter which side you were on, you were close to the pool. They also had a take one leave one beach toy box which was nice.

SaraValeriya was a great host! She communicated before, during and after my stay! We had a small issue during my stay and she responded immediately and the issue was resolved within an hour. I recommend anyone to use any of her places! She was great!

Wonderful, roomy condo with beautiful views of the ocean. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping, including to Pier Park. Great place for families or group of friends to stay.

DonnaValeriya was a great host. There were some minor issues that she resolved within the same day. The place was amazing! It’s literally STEPS away from the beach. The condo is nice and clean! We will definitely visit again! Thanks Val!
