VickyGreat location but yard not maintained. Yard not usable due to weeds with splinters not sprayed/killed. Dried food and lotion on bathroom door, pillows horribly stained, sand in bed of 3rd bedroom. and trash cans not empty and smell horrible outside (stunk so bad it was hard to sit on front porch).

HaleighWe had a great time staying here! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, mostly everything was a 10 minute drive! Back yard space was nice, and there was enough parking for atleast 3 of vehicles! All bedrooms had great closet spaces— and although the bedrooms weren’t SUPER large, they were still very cozy.Quiet neighborhood all together, it is RIGHT off the road so if you sit out front you will only be watching traffic, but if you’re people watchers like us… it won’t bother you!

MayraHost very nice and quick to respond. Needed better housekeeping. We arrived at 12ish and was told house would be ready at 4. We got in at 4:30. The towels underneath were folded but very damp. Bathroom had blonde hair still and we all have dark hair. Sofa bed was not comfortable and I have slept on better sofa beds. Had to sleep on the couch instead. AC was not working for the two bed rooms in the back but did work for everything else. It a 3 minute walk to go to beach which is very good. I would really recommend better housekeeping and some repairs with the AC.

The host was very quick and helpful with any questions we had. The house stayed cool with the july heat. The house is in a nice neighborhood with good neighbors. We enjoyed our stay.

TristanLoved the house and the location is absolutely perfect especially if you like people watching. Walk to the beach just on the other side of the block and delicious BBQ directly across the street.... seriously what's not to love ? We will be planning a return trip to this little gem. This was our 4th trip to Panama City Beach and this is by far our favorite spot. Very grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

SimonetteIt’s a walking distance to the beach and that made the location of the property very convenient. If you’re looking for a place to just crash after a long day, this is a perfect place for you. It has the basic necessities that you need while away from your home.

KassandaThis is definitely a location home. Easy access to the beach its probably about a two minute walk.. The beach is beautiful, with white Sandy beaches.. the sunsets were amazing. The house definitely needs some updating and more of a thorough cleaning. The host was amazing. If location is your thing, I recommended but the house needs improvement. The area is quiet and overall we had a good time.

MarciaThis place really met our needs, close to the beach, easy access to the unit and spacious. It appears to have recently been remodeled and it was nice. Only drawback was being on the main drag, Thomas Drive. It was spring break so lots of traffic noise overnight. But there were a few walkable restaurants that we could take our dog with, a plus. The place was clean except the only tea towel which was folded up nicely but had food stains that should have been noticed. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but that was the only kitchen towel provided. No wine glasses and only 1 water glass. Some chipped coffee cups that should be replaced. We brought these to the PI managers attention and will hopefully be corrected. They were very attentive and respectful to my comments.
