LeiannWe enjoyed our stay here very much. There are a few things that could have improved it such as having enough silverware to be able to have a meal with the entire six of us. There also needs to be a few more pillows and towels in the location. It would be really helpful to have beach towels on site as well as a few sand toys other than that it was a great stay with an amazing host.

MichellePositive: We liked the location! We liked that it was a smaller place, so it was easy in and out with the parking, and shorter elevator wait times. The host was very quick and very kind when responding to my complaints. I was thankful for that. Negative: The condos front entry door was very dirty. That didn't make a good first impression. We then, didn't have enough towels that first day. I had to message the owner to get more towels delivered. She did have them delivered after telling her we didn't even have one in our Master. They were all mis matched as well. That might not matter to some, but it's the small details that make a big impression. The condos also had an odor that smelled like cat urine. They don't allow pets, so I'm not sure what that was from. It was so overpowering though, that we had to get odor ban and spray all over the condo. That did help. I just felt like, for the money that we spent to stay there, it could have been so much nicer with just a few minor, but important touches. Those touches, would have made me give it a 10. Now I'd only say a 6 or 7 out of 10.

MarynaDisappointing Stay Despite Beautiful View Positive: View is great. Negative: I stayed in this condo for two nights at a rate of $1,000, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations for the price. While the oceanfront view was truly beautiful and the beach right outside the window was a highlight, the condition of the apartment left a lot to be desired.The unit was noticeably worn out and not well maintained. The bathroom had visible mold on the ceiling, the floors were dirty, and the towels had an unpleasant odor. There were no complimentary water bottles or coffee pods provided, which is disappointing given the cost.What surprised me most was being asked to start the dishwasher and laundry before leaving and to take out my own trash—again, not something I’d expect from a high-priced rental.Overall, the location was great, but the cleanliness and general upkeep of the condo need serious improvement. I wouldn’t stay here again unless updates and better service are provided

CaitlinLoved being in a quieter and smaller place. The unit could use some updating. A broken electrical outlet in the guest bedroom that had exposed wires was an issue with our smaller kids. The tv in the bunk bedroom never worked and maintenance never showed, so we went and bought another tv for our kids to watch during down time in the bedroom. There’s trim with nails exposed by the entry door and bunk room. The floors need a good cleaning with a mop that isn’t black from use and left in the laundry room. The shower in the guest bathroom had black rings and lots of mold on the curtain. We tried cleaning it but there was no use, it obviously hadn’t had a good cleaning in a while. We (all 6 of us) used the master bathroom shower. Communication with Valeriya was good, but maintenance let us down. This would be an awesome unit with some repairs and cleaning.

AnnieThe host was good on responding when the air conditioner was not working. The condo had holes in wall, ceiling was really stained. The front door was disgusting and the balcony rug was torn up along with back sliding door very difficult to open. The condo needed a good cleaning.

Guilherme TonyaThis place was just as described during the booking. Very clean, well stocked, easy check in on arrival, and easy access to the beach as well as local restaurants and attractions. The view of the sunset from the balcony was breathtaking and the beach chair service was so convenient. Staff at the condo as well as beach chair service were so friendly. We had such an amazing vacation and will be returning.

LindseyWhat a great condo option for PCB! Right on the beach and the small building size meant that the stretch of beach was not super crowded at all. The condo comes with beach chair service which is so nice and there are plenty of beach toys in the laundry room for the littles to play with. My family's favorite part of this condo was the balcony and also the covered pool! A great option if you're worried about sun exposure/getting burned. 10/10 would book again!

ZabiaNice and clean. I loved the counter high chairs on the balcony ; they made a huge difference in the view while having my coffee. The condo had some beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. We didn't use them this time, but next time we visit, we know there's less packing to do!

Tanikaperfect place to stay close to everything. directly on the beach front with amazing views. condo was very spacious and clean, easy self check in, bed are comfortable, bathroom very spacious and clean very quiet definitely a 10/10. pool and beach area wasn't over crowded that was a plus for me. My family and I will surely be planning another stay here.

SteveGreat place. Enjoyed the stay. Only criticism is that the 2nd bedroom and the bunk bed room (first two rooms when you walk in), only have blinds on the windows (no curtains) and there balcony right outside the windows have very bright lights that stay on all night long. Kinda like you're sleeping with a bright nightlight on. If you need total darkness, bring a sleep mask. Fantastic place though overall.
