Steps to the Beach and on the Bay

Beautiful 2 bd 2 bth 1200sq ft apt right the bay with Gulf views and steps to the beach.
We're still recovering from Ian but are open for renters.
Important things like the roof, elevator, electrical room, and pool are complete, but currently pool decks, landscaping, etc, are not,
You're welcome to stay and we'd love to have you, but please know work might continue around the building grounds.

Unique Benefits

Steps to the beach, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach hats, all included.
Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room including spices, ziplock bags, trash bags, foils, clear wrap, sink and dishwasher detergent, laundry supplies, tp, paper towels are all supplied but cant guarantee the previous renters will properly restock.

Why Kids Love It

The apt is not kid friendly but welcome.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

Walk across the 1 lane road to the beach on this beautiful commercial free 3 mile barrier island!

From our location, it is a 2 mile beach walk to the left to Docs.
And a 1 mile beach walk north(right) to the point of our island which is magical in the morning and at low tide!
