This vacation home has all the modern conveniences including a fully remodeled modern equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and a TV in all the bedrooms. You're only 5 minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the US. The pool has floats and lounge chairs to soak up the Florida sun.
The house has a pool and outdoor dining area located in the Lanai. Beach chairs, couches, BBQ, pool toys are provided.
There is also a beach wagon with Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella for the beach!
Any Cancellation will also incur a $200.00 administration fee.
No refunds will be given for hurricanes, tropical storms or weather conditions even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered ( guest assume the risk) We reserve the right to cancel the vacation and return any money paid.
We highly suggest you take out Travel Insurance just in case something comes up, then you are covered for any reason. Again no refunds will be given for last minute cancelations.

This is a lovely home, nicely decorated and well-equipped. Wanda and her husband were quite helpful and responded quickly to any questions and concerns. It suited our needs perfectly. We highly recommend it for a great winter respite.

Lisa S.Muskoka Modern Retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay at the Muskoka Modern Retreat. Upon arrival, the house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had modern appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. Our favorite part of the house was the backyard. One part of the patio is covered and includes a dining table and couch. We enjoyed the heated pool and patio furniture for relaxing in the sun. Wanda, the owner was very responsive when contacted and resolved concerns/questions in a timely and professional manner. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with nearby golf courses, this is the place. You will immediately feel right at home!
