Get ready for the beautiful beaches and 5 Golf courses! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house is perfect for families or friends to start a relaxing vacation. This vacation home has all the modern conveniences including a fully remodeled modern equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and a TV in all the bedrooms. You're only 5 minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the US. The pool has floats and lounge chairs to soak up the Florida sun.



The house has a pool and outdoor dining area located in the Lanai. Beach chairs, couches, BBQ, pool toys are provided.

There is also a beach wagon with Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella for the beach!

Any Cancellation will also incur a $200.00 administration fee.
No refunds will be given for hurricanes, tropical storms or weather conditions even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered ( guest assume the risk) We reserve the right to cancel the vacation and return any money paid.
We highly suggest you take out Travel Insurance just in case something comes up, then you are covered for any reason. Again no refunds will be given for last minute cancelations.
