The Condominium

The Sherwin is a high-rise luxury oceanfront condominium in Daytona Beach, Florida. This beautiful building will meet all your needs during your vacation time. The Sherwin is 20 floors high with a spectacular full height atrium/lobby. The atrium/lobby is elegantly furnished and includes a beautiful water fountain.

Amenities include four elevators, underground parking, an exercise room, spa, sauna, and billiards. There is also an outdoor pool with Jacuzzi. The pool-deck has long chairs and umbrellas. There is direct access from the pool deck to the beautiful golden beach.


The unit

The unit is a two bedroom- two bath and includes a kitchen, dining room and living room in an open concept. Also a master bedroom, guest bedroom and two bathrooms. The unit has ceramic floors throughout. The main balcony is wrap around giving views of both the ocean and the city.

The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, generous counter space, a full set of cutlery and china, as well as other dishes and appliances. There is access from the kitchen to the wrap around balcony.

The living room has two leather sofas, a wide screen television and DVD player. There is access from the Living room to the wrap around balcony.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk in closet, a television and an en-suite bathroom with a roman bath and shower and two sinks. There is access from the master bedroom to the wrap around balcony. The master bedroom also has a second balcony with a view on the city.

The guest bedroom has a king size bed, a television, closet, and access to the second bathroom, which includes a shower. The second bedroom also has a balcony with a view on the city.

The washer and dryer are included inside the unit.

Other amenities include cable TV programs, free wireless internet access and free long distance calls to USA and Canada.

Sheets, bed covers, pillows, towels etc. are all included. Not included are any consumables.

Area Information

Daytona Beach is a great family vacation spot. It is in close proximity to many of Florida's attractions such as Disney World, Kennedy Space Center and Universal Studios. It has many dining and shopping options and let's not forget 23 miles of glorious sandy beach.
