25 age requirement to book. Sunbird Beach Resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, right next to the famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant. This charming one-bedroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to four guests and offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico coastline, allowing you to enjoy the sunrise over St. Andrew's State Park.
The resort features three swimming pools, including one that is heated, a tennis court, pickleball and a fitness center. The condo has been fully updated and includes a modern kitchen equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals during your stay. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while listening to the calming sound of the ocean waves.
In the bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed. The living room offers generous seating with a queen sleeper sofa and a smart TV with cable access. The bathroom features a shower and provides dual access from both the living room and the bedroom. A laundry room is conveniently located on the first floor near the elevators.
Guests can relax by the pool or enjoy the pristine white sandy beaches just steps away from the resort. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance, and a Walmart is conveniently located across the street for grocery pickup or delivery.
Additionally, your condo includes two beach chairs and an umbrella at no extra cost, allowing you to easily set up your beach space without waiting in line for beach service.
Condo 1003E is located on the tenth floor of Sunbird Beach Resort. Please note that the minimum age requirement to rent this condo is 25.Registration fee on-site. ($30 parking pass $6 wristbands up to 4)

We are located in the middle of the beach on S Thomas DR which makes us about 8 miles to Pier Park on the west side and less than 5 miles to St. Andrew's state park on the east side. At Pier Park you can enjoy great restaurants, lots of shopping and fishing on the pier. St. Andrew's state park is a beautiful state park where you can camp, fish, take a shuttle to Shell Island, hike or just take a walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

My partner and I stayed at the Sweet Serenity for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo was light and airy and everything we needed was there. Sitting out on the balcony in the morning was my favorite! Having beach access was an added bonus. We’d definitely come back to stay and recommend the property to others. The host was gracious and answered all of our questions quickly. This get away was just what I needed!

We really had a great time, with the exception of locking ourselves out on the balcony for a hour. The room was beautiful. The bed was very comfy. We even stayed an extra night. We would definitely stay in this room again!
