Sunshine Studio half block from the Beach

The Sunshine is a small motel in Hollywood North Beach just a half block to the beach. . We have only six rental units, which include a one bedroom apartment, four efficiency studios and a motel room. The apartment and studios all have complete and fully equipped kitchens; full size fridge, apt size stove, microwave etc. The room has a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The central patio has patio furniture and a barbecue for your use. We have off street parking.

THERE IS NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS.

This is a very peaceful mostly residential neighborhood. If you are looking for action, do not come here. The owner lives on site and loud parties are not acceptable. Thank you for your cooperation on this matter.
