Kinzey L.Marco Island Paradise with the most fabulous host
If you are ever looking for a slice of heaven on the Gulf Coast you absolutely have to stay at Marilyn’s place in Marco.From the moment we arrived we were immediately impressed with absolutely everything: from the seamless booking process, the excellent directions and check-in instructions, to how stunning and spotless the accommodations were. The South Seas as a property was immaculate, excellent security, the neighbours friendly, and you absolutely cannot beat the beach access.The star of the show was our host Marilyn, who knows Marco Island and the entire gulf coast like the back of her hand. With everything from daily activities to restaurant recommendations, Marilyn was always a phone call away for absolutely anything we needed or any questions we had.If only we had more time! Thank you Marilyn for making our first stay in Marco a truly memorable experience!

Nicole B.Perfect Marco Retreat
This condo is spacious, spotless, and is in a complex that has wonderful amenities. It’s located near Tigertail beach and it’s about a 5-mile round trip beach walk to the very north tip of the island and about the same to the very south tip of the gorgeous crescent shaped beach. The view is amazing and I really enjoyed watching sunsets from the balcony. The unit is set up with everything you need for a month or more…. laundry and dishwasher pods, cleaning supplies, paper towels, spices. It’s like staying at a friend’s house. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a built-in filtered water dispenser. I worked remotely from there all month and the wi-fi is super-fast and supported all my video meetings and TV streaming. The view from the kitchen table over the island made me want to set up a permanent office! I have come to Marco for the last five years and stayed in the same complex, in building 4. I’m so glad to have found and moved to this unit in building 2. The proximity to the beach is better, the people you encounter are much friendlier and the gym is way nicer. Seriously, if walking on the beach isn’t enough exercise, the gym is in the same building as the condo and has tons of high-end equipment. I didn’t realize that buildings 1 and 2 are managed by a different HOA and they’ve maintained their common areas (lobbies/hallways) better and have nicer amenities (gym, pool) than buildings 3 and 4. There is even an amazon locker right in the mail room. The hostess, Marilyn, is a lovely person, knows the island like the back of her hand and is just a text away for anything you might need.

Mark S.Perfect stay, right on beach with oceanfront view
I can’t say enough about how ideal this stay was. The condo is right on the beach, at a perfect spot midway on the Marco Island main beach, so you can walk north on the beach for a couple miles of uninterrupted nature with no buildings whatsoever, or, you can walk south and see the more touristy side of the beach for a couple miles. Because the unit faces north, and on the 19th floor, your view is ideal, seeing nature instead of facing hotels.Don’t be concerned about elevators - they’re very fast. Parking was in a covered garage - ideal. We used the Fitness center several times - very good equipment - much better than I expected.Pool is beautiful. Many pickle ball courts. The unit was spotless.But best of all were the hosts, Marilyn and Marshall. Marilyn has lived in the building next door for decades now and is active in the community and can recommend the best excursions. We went on a mangrove kayak tour, and a dolphin cruise, and to the botanical gardens. She knows so much about the ecosystem and is a wealth of knowledge.We travel a fair amount and I can tell you that you won’t regret staying here! We’ve got so many great memories.
