Located on siesta Key in Sarasota, FL. The Palm Bay Club has two heated pools both Bayside and Gulfside. A private marina, dock, spa, tennis courts, fitness rooms and is located on Crescent Beach voted number one beach USA 2014
Sarasota is located approximately 40 minutes South of Tampa. 1 1/2 hour drive from, Walt Disney World. Sarasota is home of the Baltimore Oriels spring training .
Sarasota is home of the Ven Wezel Performing Arts center where many popular artists perform

We always enjoyed our vacations here when we would come down from Ohio. We retired and now live ten miles south of our condo in Nokomis Florida. About the owner: Hello Let me introduce ourselves. We are the Halverson's, Alma and Roy. We grew up in suburbs of Cleveland Ohio. When I retired we moved to Nokomis Florida Ten miles south of our condo.We book our own condo so we can keep our rates lower than the office rate. Gives me somthing to do in retirerment. Our family vacationed on Siesta Key from 1983 on and fell in love with the Sarasota area. Alma worked at Yoders restaurant an Amish restaurant in Sarasota when we first moved to Florida.
We attend Lift church in Venice Florida. Now that the children are grown and married our houshold is made up of Alma myself and our two labradore's Chance And Cole Roy and Alma Lynn Halverson

We really enjoyed our stay. the location was perfect, even though the weather wasn't as cooperative. Roy was very responsive both before and during the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this unit. The owners were very accommodating as we wanted to stay from Monday to Monday. Roy was also quick to respond anytime we reached out to him. This unit had everything we could possibly need and was spacious enough for 4 adults and a toddler. We felt very safe with the gated community and loved the code access to the door, no worry about losing a key. We made some wonderful memories here as my hubby and I were also celebrating our 6th Wedding Anniversary. We can't wait to come back!

We had never been to SK before but couldn’t have picked a better location for our stay. We walked frequently to Crescent Beach, Siesta Beach and the village and also south to Turtle Beach. Our condo was well equipped and comfortable. It was a very nice experience.

Great location to the beach and restaurants. It was very nice that they had a keypad to get into the condo. That way you didn’t forget to take a key with you. The condo had plenty of room for me and my husband on our 45th anniversary. The living room and bedrooms were nicely furnished. The bathroom needed updating is the only thing I would change. The owner is very pleasant to work with. Thank you for letting us use your place!

This condo was in the perfect location. We had the best of both worlds with the Bay on one side and the Gulf on the other.The condo had everything you needed for the beach..including beach chairs for the waters edge, towels, sand toys and more..! Which was great for our family since we flew in. We were able to leave a few pool/beach things behind that we bought for the next visitors.My family had the best time. The owners, Roy and Alma couldn't have been any more nicer from start to end. We can't wait to go back and stay in the exact same condo...we loved it that much..!You won't be disappointed...and wear your Sunscreen..!!!!Thank you Roy and Alma for the perfect place.Dawn J.

We had never been to Siesta Key before, and when I read reviews of this condo, I couldn't wait to get there. You are literally just steps from the bayside with the giant hot tub, large pool, dock and spectacular views of the bay. The unit had everything we could ask for. We loved that there were beach chairs in the unit to use for the week. Roy was absolutely amazing, quickly answering any questions that we had. The unit was super clean and nicely updated. You won't find a more beautiful beach. I can't wait to stay there again next year!

The bayside location is great, close to the pool and dock, and 1st floor access makes it very easy. The condo is well equipped with everything you need, and Roy was very engaging during the whole process. We are already looking to book another stay with Roy!

We have been coming to Florida for over 25 years but this was the first time in staying at Palm Bay Club. The Club is great - two lovely swimming pools and direct access to the beach. . The condo was lovely and in a very good location. Free SK trolley into the village - the trolley stop almost outside the complex. From a personal point of view the only thing I would change are the bathrooms as walk in showers would be alot easier The owner Roy was very helpful and readily available by phone or email. We have no hesitation in recommending Thank you Roy and Alma

We booked this great place several months ago based on the pictures and reviews. These don’t even begin to say how great it is. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped, the pool and porch are amazing, and the beds super comfortable. We had our son and family with us as well as other family in town for the wedding hanging out and never felt crowded. We walked to Starbucks, Peaches restaurant, Publix, and simply enjoyed every day of the week we were there! The beaches are close, downtown is fun and we are certainly coming back to Sarasota. Chris is a super host who lets you enjoy your time in his home. Totally recommend!
