The home features a private screened in pool with shaded eating/sitting areas. Enjoy a morning swim in the pool or a quiet cup of coffee as you take in the spectacular view of the lake.
The home features an open floor plan with a spacious modern family room with living room, dining room and kitchen with kitchen bar & stools. It has two Master suites with sliding doors to patio & pool & gorgeous views of the water. There are two additional bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each room and a shared bathroom. There is an additional travel bed that can be put in any room and a pack-n-play crip playpen. One of the extra rooms has a little office table and a working chair.

Right beside Margaritaville is a small complex which has boutique shops and even a dine-in cinema. Besides Margaritaville, there is a variety of restaurants within minutes of the home.

We've just returned from 10 glorious nights at this wonderful Florida villa and honestly, we're already checking our lottery numbers to see if we can move in permanently!The villa itself is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and so comfortable that even Mickey Mouse would be jealous. With four spacious bedrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, although most family arguments centred around who got the best view of the lake!Speaking of the lake view... wow! Every morning we sat outside with a coffee overlooking the water, pretending we were wealthy retirees who owned half of Florida. Every evening we watched the sunset from the south-facing pool, which gets sunshine for what feels like approximately 47 hours a day. The biggest decision we faced was whether to swim, sunbathe or do absolutely nothing at all.The location couldn't be better. Disney is only a short drive away, which meant we could spend the day queuing for rides before returning to our peaceful oasis to recover. Supermarkets, restaurants and petrol stations are all nearby, making it easy to stock up on essentials such as milk, bread and far too many bags of American snacks.The gated community is wonderfully quiet and safe. In fact, it was so peaceful that one afternoon I became genuinely excited when I spotted baby rabbits playing in the grass. That's how relaxed I was!Everything about the villa exceeded expectations. It had all the comforts of home, except the weather was significantly better and nobody was asking me to cut the grass. The pool was fantastic, the views were stunning and the whole place felt like a luxury retreat after busy days exploring Florida's attractions.If you're looking for a perfect Florida base with amazing lake views, a fantastic pool, a great location and enough comfort to make you question why you ever booked a return flight home, then stop searching and book this villa immediately.We've left with wonderful memories, slightly expanded waistlines and a serious case of Florida withdrawal symptoms. We'll definitely be back!

My family stayed here for 2 weeks and it was great!! We had one slight problem with the pool light and we called the maintenance line and the lady was at the house within 15 minutes and the light was fixed within a day or so. There was nothing bad about this rental and we’d definitely stay here again!!

This rental was like a dream come true. The house was clean and nicely presented. Although we didn’t use the pool we enjoyed sitting on the deck for sun and beverage. The view of the lake made for special evenings outdoors. The dining room is perfectly situated for views of the pool and the lake. We loved the friendly neighborhood. We stayed here over the new year and this place has an amazing lake view, very peaceful and in a gated community so very safe. Lots of wildlife around. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay for the family.Plenty of shops nearby and only a 15-20 minute drive to the near by attractions. We will definitely be staying here again!!
