1800 sq. ft. Indian Creek Disney Retreat is a beautiful 1800SF, well maintained home in the Indian Creek subdivision which is literally on Disney's doorstep and your home away from home. Indian Creek is not a gated community but has a lot of community amenities.
In the 1st section of Indian Creek you will find a Playground, Putting Green, Tennis Court and Basketball Court. Continue over the bridge to the 2nd section of Indian Creek to find another large playground. Great subdivision for walking and is very quiet.
You'll also find a large selection of Entertainment venues and Restaurants along the US192 only a mile from the house.
This home is about 15 minutes from SeaWorld and 20 minutes from Universal Studios. Also about 15 minutes away you'll find one of the largest and busiest Name Brand Prime Outlet stores in Orlando for all your shopping needs. You'll also find many Golf courses in the area. Airport is about 25 minutes and beaches are within 1 hour 15 minutes drive time to either East coast or West coast.
There are several supermarkets close by where you can buy food and supplies for cooking at home since we offer a full kitchen for your convenience. We also have a propane gas grill out in the pool area for our guests to use at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
We offer secured broadband WiFi internet access, so bring your laptop and stay in touch. Living room has a 55” Smart TV w/Roku for your enjoyment and all bedrooms have flat screen TV's, ceiling fans are in all bedrooms, as well as main living area and lanai area. King Master has a small safe should you want to lock up smaller valuables.
All bathrooms have hairdryers for guests to use.
Our home has a washer and dryer for guests to use, so don't over pack. All linens are provided during you stay (pillows, sheets, towels, etc.)
Enjoy the Pool and Spa, newly resurfaced in October 2015, while you soak up the sun on the extended decking. We have a child safety fence that runs the whole perimeter of the pool, along with pool alarms on all doors leading out to the pool area. The pool area is completely screened in.
The house has a digital lock, so there is no required check-in with a management company to get access. Your party will be assigned a specific code for the lock during your stay. Check-in is 4:00pm EST and check-out is 10:00am EST.
The house does have a Ring Doorbell.

It is our 2nd time staying in this rental home. It does not disappoint. The home is very clean and well equipped. The owner is quick to respond and always pleasant. The outdoor space ( pool and hot tub) are also meticulously maintained. The location is perfect with many restaurants, stores and WDW very close by. Would definitely rent again!

We were so excited to arrive at this beautiful, spacious home. It was exactly as shown in pictures. It was so inviting from the moment we walked in! There was everything you could want in the kitchen and dishes galore. Plenty of quality linens etc. for a family of 7! The washer and dryer was so useful with all of us. The pool and hot tub was so wonderful after our long days at Disney and on are off days. The lanai was awesome with provided shade. The location of this home is so close to Disney World! The owners were wonderful and Lisa was so pleasant and helpful when I reached out to her. I would highly recommend this home for everyone! If we return we will in no doubt rent again. The house was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It was near the Disney parks and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and some late night dinners. We didn't spend much time at the house as we had theme park tickets for every day at Orlando. We slept comfortably and the showers/bathrooms worked well. We didn't use the pool or the backyard area but it looked nice. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely book again at this property.

The house is only a few minutes from Disney, Walgreens and Publix. It is close enough for convenience but off the main road enough to get away from the tourist stuff. The house is in a safe community with very nice homes. The four bedrooms and three baths was perfect for us. The kids went to Disney during the day then jumped into the pool afterwards. The kitchen had everything you needed to make lunch and dinner and then just put the dirty dishes into the dishwasher. There was a glitch with the pool heater but that was taken care of. We will remember this house when we return to Disney.

Houses are very close in the area and neighbors were noisy and one resident had loud music during our rest day. Close to disney and never needed to pay a toll the entire trip! Will come again!

First of all I’d like to say that the owner of the house is fantastic. This is my second year renting from Lisa and I’ve already reserved for 2020. The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. I love that we are within three miles of a Walmart Supercenter and it is very convenient for grocery shopping and also much less expensive to pick up souvenirs. We visited Busch Gardens and Lowry Park Zoo that are in Tampa. Using Google maps we got to our destinations in a good timespan. We also visited Legoland in Winter Haven which is a beautiful town and we loved all the activities that were available to us. SeaWorld is very close to us and we enjoyed our day there too. For coffee lovers like myself I went to Crispy Creme donuts and bought a bag of their coffee that I brewed and enjoyed every morning. We love renting this home and it really feels like home to us. My kids love the swimming pool and I love relaxing in the hot tub every night before bed. One reason we look forward to our two weeks away in Florida is because we know how comfortable and beneficial it is to rent through FloridaRentals. The price is exceptional and we get so much more space to relax in. We save a lot of money cooking our own meals instead of restaurants. We have a washer/dryer available to do our laundry. Our vehicle is kept in a garage and not in a parking lot of a hotel with hundreds of other vehicles. We have more than one bathroom so you’re not waiting to shower. I could go on and on about the benefits of renting a home.
