The unit showcases elegant nautical décor and high-end designer furnishings. Large-screen smart TVs are available in both bedrooms, the bunk room, and the living room. It is also equipped with USB and HDMI outlets, as well as free Wi-Fi to keep everyone entertained.
The full-sized kitchen is fully stocked with brand-new appliances, including dishware, glasses, cookware, and utensils. Small appliances such as a coffee maker (not a Keurig), blender, toaster, and crockpot are also provided for your convenience.
Step out onto the private balcony, which overlooks the impressive lagoon-style pool in Panama City Beach. The condo includes a reserved parking space conveniently located on the second floor of the Shores of Panama parking garage.

We are located in the middle of the beach at 9900 S Thomas Dr which makes us about 8 miles to Pier Park on the west side and less than 5 miles to St. Andrew's state park on the east side.
We are in walking distance of Walmart where you can do grocery pickup or delivery. We are located next door to the World Famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar where you can have delicious meals, drinks or grab a snack while soaking up the sun on the beach all day. You can enjoy delicious tacos, quesadillas, nachos, burritos and of course the best margarita around at Juan Taco located across the street at Laketown Wharf Resort. You can also enjoy live music and eat at Lulu's Sports Bar & Grill. Also, located in the Laketown Wharf Resort is The Wharf Restaurant with a seasonal buffet eatery serving steak & seafood in a contemporary space with an aquarium.
