The second level boasts a beautiful kitchen with a large island, 5 burner gas stove, upgraded appliances and a beautiful open concept kitchen, dining, living space and balcony. There is also a half bath on this level for convenience. The third level has two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms! The primary bathroom offers an amazing jetted tub and a large walk-in shower.

Let's talk about the views! Wake up in the morning to the sunrise over the ocean or enjoy your coffee on one of the two balconies with ocean views. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.
