Both bedrooms have a private bath, king size beds and a walk in closet. This unit has an amazing view of the heated pool and the large canal that leads out to the Gulf. Also has a large spa, a fitness center and a game room, tennis courts as well as assigned covered parking and guest parking the building is secured with an elevator. This community is located within 2.5 miles to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and close to historic Cortez Fishing Village plus plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. Rent is $4,000 per month for December and April and $4,500 January, February, and March. May through November is $3,000 per month. One month minimum rental but 3 months during prime season (January, February and March) . More information and pictures upon request and everything the condo has for your use. This complex is not age restricted. Sorry no pets or smoking inside unit.
