This top-floor retreat offers a full kitchen, dining room, and spacious living area with a sleek 50-inch TV. Enjoy the convenience of a private laundry and a screened lanai with garden and partial ocean views. Accommodates up to 6 guests: owner’s suite with new modern King bedroom set, second bedroom with two twin beds, and a sofa bed/queen 18' air mattress option in the living room. Our condo features two 50-inch TVs, wireless DSL internet, and exclusive access to a private pool, tennis courts, outdoor grill and parking close to the beach. Enjoy the best of Marco - pristine white, sandy beaches, boating, fishing, tennis, golfing, dining, shopping, and shelling.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
