We have beautiful beach views from our private East Balconies and amazing sunset and river views from our West Balconies where you can sit, relax and enjoy a drink! A comfortable floor plan that accommodates up to 4 persons maximum, and each Bedroom has a King size Bed and a separate Living Room with large size TVs.
Our Penthouse Condos have private upper-main lobby level Garage parking.
Our property amenities include 2 crystal blue Pools (heated), 2 hot Spas, 2 Workout rooms, 2 fun Pool Tables, a Library and Conference Room, and 2 beautiful Clubrooms with Kitchens. Great location in Daytona Beach Shores near Restaurants, Shopping , Daytona Speedway and Airport!

Our Association has opened up ALL our property amenities- both Pools and Spas, and both Dog yards and Picnic Areas! Our property has been beautifully restored during the 2023 year, adding new amenities and improvements inside and outside!
NOTE: Hurricane Milton - October 2024 has caused damage to our private Beach Stairs and Beach Ramp, and are under construction. Public Beach Access is only a 3 minute walk away to the public park.

** For "peak" Winter season "Monthly" rentals (December - April), full payment of the rental term required at least 120 days prior to Lease Term beginning Date, upon demand.
** CANCELLATION POLICY: Peak-Winter Monthly Rental Season- A prior 120-day minimum written notice (before Lease Agreement beginning date) to Lessor/Owner is required to cancel reservation for return of reservation deposit. All other Months (May - November), a 90-day minimum written notice (before Lease Agreement beginning date) to Lessor/Owner is required to cancel reservation for return of reservation deposit.
* Lease Agreement and Rental forms required to be signed by Tenant/Lessee upon demand – BEFORE LEASE BEGIN DATE.
* This Unit does NOT allow any Pets/Animals - Neither inside unit, or on any balcony, or on the premises at any time.
* Smoking is prohibited inside unit, or on any balcony, or on the premises at any time.
* Electronic payments made via “credit card” will incur an additional 4% credit card fee added to total.
* DTT Condo COA Association Lessee/ Rental Rules & Regulations - Acknowledgment Form required to be signed by all adults over 18 years of age residing or staying in Condo unit.
* Monthly Rent includes Water, Basic Spectrum TV cable, Internet, and Electric charges up to a maximum of $100.00 per every 28 days for lease agreements greater than 25 days; Tenant responsible to pay all amounts over $100.00, which may be deducted from Tenant Security Deposit at Lessor’s discretion.
* Check in time begins at 4:00pm EST on the 1st day of the Lease term.
* Check out time is by 10:00am EST on the last day of the Lease term.
