The brand new Seagrass Shores is awaiting your arrival! Situated on the sought after North end of the Cape, we are only a mile past the Trading Post in the beautiful, gated Seagrass Community. From the driveway, it's only a 1 minute walk to the Seagrass Pool and Lounging Area, and from there only a 1-2 minute walk to the subdivision beach access. Our 2,900 square foot, two-level home features a large open living and dining area with beautiful gulf and bay views, dining space for 10 with a dining table and bar seating, and a large covered deck with gulf and bay views. Also on this level is the first king bedroom with en suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in tiled shower. The middle level features 2 additional king bedrooms, each with en suite full bathrooms and a middle bedroom with two full beds and it's own full en suite bathroom as well. This level also has the second covered deck for watching the sun rise over the bay or relaxing as it sets over the gulf. There are smart televisions in each bedroom and in the living area, which also features a cozy electric fireplace. On the ground level, there is a large outdoor showering area and an outdoor kitchen with a sink, mini-fridge, beverage fridge, grill and dining table.This is the perfect shaded place for the family to gather and cookout after a day in the sun! Seagrass Shores is a pet-free home.

If you are looking for an incredible home at a great value look no further. From the moment we walked in the doors we felt like we were at home. Ashleigh is an incredible host who is easily accessible and readily available. The home had everything we were hoping for. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of showers, comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen. The beach is easily accessible with an easy walk. We were not concerned with the fact the home did not have a private pool as the community one is available and let's be honest we are there for the beach! We will be back year after year!!

Most all rentals and hotels I have to wipe down, wash sheets or sweep and vacuum. NOT this rental! We could have eaten off the floors. I was so relieved. That's a real vacation! After walking in it instantly felt like home. I knew then it was going to be a great week. Waking up Sunday morning was so relaxing! The sunrise was beautiful. Micah and I love to cook when we are on trips like this. Your kitchen, and setup is perfect for that. Most rentals fib about how close they actually are to the beach. Not yours! We loved the short walks to the beach and pool. With a toddler that's a huge plus! We would leave our belongings down at the beach, walk back for lunch and nap time. Swim at the pool then make our way back to the beach, gather our things, Walk back to the rental, eat dinner and end the evening with a sunset and shell hunting. We loved the beach area, so clean and so much space to play. I didn't feel like we were on top of people or having to fight for a spot. It's the perfect place to take your kids! We just love the location of your rental, there were a few nights we didn't make it back to the beach for sunset. So we just stepped outside to watch from the balcony. That was a dream! The covered area with the the table was nice too. After some sunsets we would sit down there with a cup of tea. The house set-up is so functional. Thank you for being reliable during our trip. I have never had a home owner or management company contact us. Never were we able to contact them directly. That was accommodating and assuring to have direct communication with you. Honestly, there is nothing about this rental or the location that we didn't like! ! It's amazing, I see exactly why you chose it and why you are fond of this area.
