The middle level features 2 additional king bedrooms, each with en suite full bathrooms and a middle bedroom with two full beds and it's own full en suite bathroom as well. This level also has the second covered deck for watching the sun rise over the bay or relaxing as it sets over the gulf. There are smart televisions in each bedroom and in the living area, which also features a cozy electric fireplace. On the ground level, there is a large outdoor showering area and an outdoor kitchen with a sink, mini-fridge, beverage fridge, grill and dining table.This is the perfect shaded place for the family to gather and cookout after a day in the sun! Seagrass Shores is a pet-free home.

Seagrass Shores is located mid-way down the beautiful St. Joseph Peninsula (aka The North Cape), a which extends west between the Gulf of Mexico's gorgeous white beaches and the calm, shallow bay. Cape San Blas boasts quiet, pristine beaches, amazing sunsets, and wonderful fishing opportunities off the beach or in the bay.
