You'll find all the comforts of home including a private pool, flat screen HDTVs, XBOX 360 and N64, and a games room with pool table and foosball. Free wireless internet, Disney+, Netflix in every room, and long distance to the US and Canada. The private, south-facing, hedge-lined salt water pool comes with a solar cover, patio seating for 4, plus 2 lounge recliners.
There are accommodations for up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms including Queen master suite, Queen bedroom, a room with two twin beds, and one with bunkbeds.
Our renovated kitchen and dining room are fully furnished for you to choose when to eat in or eat out. Our spacious living room is a great place to gather together and watch a favorite movie, including Disney+. BBQ grills, laptop computers and childcare accessories are available for rent throughout your stay. For those with young children, we have a stroller, pack'n play, and booster chair for use during your stay. Babysitting services are also available.
In the resort for your enjoyment is tennis, volleyball & basketball courts (all newly resurfaced), playground, large community pool and hot tub, fitness center, 58 seat 3D movie theater (free- you pick the movie!), internet cafe, business facilities, games room, and sundry shop.
Don't feel like driving to the Orlando attractions? A shuttle service is available for a nominal fee.
The Mystic Dunes Golf Course is across the street and within 2 miles are 4 other courses: Reunion, Celebration, Orange Lake and Falcon Fire. The Jungle minigolf down the road is a family favorite too.

We have a guidebook of the house and resort that we offer guests once they have completed a booking. The reviews posted on the site by past guests illustrate our level of communication.

We stayed at Don’s villa in late July-early August of this year. True to its description, the villa not only met our expectations but surpassed it. As regular repeat guests who have stayed at Windsor Palms resort for the last many years with my family, I must confess this one stood out for its excellent offerings and amenities that everyone in our family enjoyed. We hope to stay here again in future.

Anthony T.Great Location Near Many Central Florida Attractions
Full sized villa/house with private swimming pool minutes from Disney. Also not far from other Central Florida attractions. About a half hour from Orange County Convention Center where we were attending an AAU tournament with a few athletes that stayed with us at the villa. The beds were comfortable for teenagers and young adults as well as older adults too. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen and do laundry as well. Teenagers were interested in some historical video games that are on site. Overall a great time had by all.

We visited from Canada and stayed at the condo with another family in January 2025. The villa was spotless upon our arrival and provided more than enough space for four adults and children.The location is fantastic, nestled within a private, gated community perfect for leisurely walks while enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The proximity to major theme parks and the airport was a key factor in our decision to rent here, and it made a huge difference—especially after long days at the parks, where the last thing we wanted was a long drive back.Our family had a wonderful experience, and we would definitely choose to stay here again

Kate C.Feels like home, but in beautiful Florida
I visited this property twice. First, for a girls’ trip in April. My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time. The house was spacious enough for each of us to have our privacy. Two full baths also helped:)) we enjoyed the beautiful pool and walking over to the clubhouse for drinks and a bite. In fact, I enjoyed myself so much that I decided to come back with my family. So my second visit was in November with my husband and 3 teens. The kids enjoyed having their own bedrooms (we brought 3 kids out of four, though if our oldest came too, we’d all fit as well). They spent a lot of time in the garage-turned games room playing pool and other games. With the well stocked kitchen we were able to make great breakfasts (we used the panini press every day). It was also convenient to be so close to the Disney parks and attractions that if some of the kids wanted to stay at the parks late, we could go home and then pick them up quickly. Overall, both my visits were great. I’d recommend this property for any type of a getaway.

We recently rented over the holidays. Amazing location and accommodated our family of 7 perfectly. The house had many new renovations. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and roomy. Our 5 adult children loved the games area and pool table as well as the swimming pool. The club house was a very short walk away and we really enjoyed playing pickleball each day and even played at night under the lights. Don was very helpful when we had questions and offered suggestions for great restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend renting here especially if heading to the parks.

A great place to stay on vacation The location of Warm Getaway villa is perfect for the Disney parks and the I4 for access to Universal and Seaworld parks. The villa itself has been renovated since our last stay and is a great place to relax, with games room, heated pool and sunny pool deck which is ideal for a morning read or swim. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well. equipped and living area is well furnished. The owner is responsive and so obviously takes pride in the villa. A great place to stay for a short or long vacation, and we will be returning later this year :).

Don and Sarah's home is very nice. We appreciated how clean and well kept it was. We were very impressed with the variety of kitchen appliances that were available. We had hamburgers on the George Foreman and panini's on the panini maker. We used the pool heat and it did a great job of keeping the pool warm, especially with the cool nights we had. The house is close enough to the clubhouse that we were able to walk all four of our grandchildren (including the 3 year old) to the movie theater for a movie and popcorn. Don was very responsive to my questions and very helpful with suggesting things to do in the area. We enjoyed the home and Windsor Palms so much that we booked it again for next year.

Chris S.A fantastic villa, great location for Disney
Well what can I say? This villa is amazing. This was our first holiday to Florida and we had booked the holiday before Covid hit and as a result there were lots of disruption and changes. All of which the owner was incredibly supportive and flexible - even at late notice when we were considering moving the dates again, they were willing to bend over backwards to accommodate us. I am thankful we decided to still travel and the villa when we arrived was just amazing. Set in a beautiful complex which was absolutely spotless and the villa was the same. When we walked in we were taken aback as the photos (which we have been studying for a long time) didn't do this villa any justice. Lots of new refurbishments and the décor was fantastic. Slight issue with the pool but the owner arranged for a technician to come and resolve the issue but this didn't distract from our enjoyment. The location was absolutely perfect for us as we were there for the Parks - we get to Disney each time within 15 minutes and Universal within 25 minutes which with a young family this was perfect. We didn't venture much outside of the parks but the villa pack provided lots of possibilities if we wanted something different. Overall I would 100% recommend this villa if you are thinking of travelling to Florida - even more so if you are there for the Parks. The owner made us feel so welcome and nothing was a problem when we needed to communicate and always came back quickly when we needed them. This personal touch is what made the difference between this and a rental through a faceless management company.
