Completely renovated in Summer of 2021, this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has great views of the Gulf of Mexico. Each bathroom has been completely updated with porcelain tile, new vanities, and premium fixtures. Decor and furnishings refreshed in May 2022.

The one-bedroom floor plan is one of the largest you will find in Panama City Beach at 1,047 square feet. As you enter the unit, you will find the finely appointed master bedroom with attached master bath. As you continue down the hallway, there will be the built-in bunk alcove with a full second bath! On the south side of the unit, you will find the open kitchen and living area with gulf views directly out the reinforced glass doors.
The Laketown Wharf Resort has many amenities that will be enjoyed by everyone. There is private beach access located across the street, next to Pineapple Willy’s. There are several public beach accesses across from the eastern portion of the resort. Laketown has five resort style pools, including a seasonally-heated, rooftop pool and childrens’ pool area. On the 3rd floor you will find the two-story fitness center and the putting green with fantastic views of the gulf. To the north side of the property, you will find 52,000 sqft. of lakefront boardwalk where you can watch the nightly fountain-lightshow. On the ground level, you will find various dining and shopping opportunities. Also, the resort is centrally located with countless amenities and attractions located around South Thomas Drive and Front Beach Road.
We provide a starter supply (Like hotel) of toilet paper, paper towel, soap, dish detergent and trash bags until you can go to the store.

Laketown Wharf Resort charges guests a one time amenity and parking fee of $75 for a one bedroom and $90 for a two bedroom plus tax). PER RESERVATION, NOT PER PERSON.. Upon booking, you will receive an email link to register all members of your party and pay the fee online prior to your arrival. Upon arrival, you will pick up your reservation packet at the Concierge Desk in the lobby. Each member of your party must wear a wristband to access resort amenities throughout your stay. They accept Credit Card. The Resort fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.
Parking Notes:
There is paid parking for 2 vehicles. Guest parking is designated to the North West Parking Deck. Two parking spaces are allowed per condo in the garage; parking is unassigned. Please display your parking pass in the windshield (visibly). Failure to display a valid parking pass could result in the car being towed.
