This home is newly remodeled including a new bathroom and 2 new kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and complimentary beverage center. You will enjoy our relaxing living room furniture and one of the dining rooms has a pull out bench for additional seating. You will experience the most comfortable beds you've ever slept on. Your relaxation and worry free vacation is important to us!
There is plenty of parking for your boat, jet ski's and most RV's! Also,there's a free island trolly to take you throughout the Island. This home is located in the most charming, quiet and family oriented neighborhood on the Island. We offer 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms that can be separated into (2) 2 bedroom units for renting separately. This entire duplex has a unique inside door connecting both units so it can be rented as a 4 bedroom or 2 separate 2 bedrooms each side. Contact us if you have questions of renting half of the duplex.This listing includes both sides for a total of 4 bedrooms!

A hospitality team member will meet you within a day after your arrival to answer any questions about the operating of equipment or to share what is fun to do and see in the area. You will be provided with a phone number in case an emergency should arise or if you have questions that may come up during your stay. Our property manager, Goose and Gander are a personalized family business and they live right on the Island.
So many items are included for your stay. From bicycles (adult and childrens) helmets, bike locks, beach umbrellas and comfy beach chairs, coolers, wagons, to pool toys and floats, board games, nintendo switches with game cartridges. New outdoor table with seating for 8!

Pick you favorite bike out of several that we supply and go explore the island. The Island free trolly stop is only a block away if you'd like to venture further.
Having both sides of this home provides plenty of space to cook in the 2 new kitchens or relax and read in one living room while the others watch TV or play Nintendo in the other living room.
We have so many items that you can truly pack light. Beach gear, baby gear, games, comfy outdoor seating, RV and golf cart hook ups. The list goes on! We truly want your stay to be relaxing and enjoyable!

Kids play for hours in the shallow part of the pool, the lazy river portion is approximately 15 inches deep! Crystal clear and always a comfortable temperature, its colorful lights are always talked about by our guests children!
When evening rolls around, the Nintendo Switch with its family friendly games is a great way to settle down before bedtime!

Where do I start? This is a beautifully decorated with amazing location beach home where it is obvious that the owners care about their rental property. Decorated in beachy vibe, lots of bathrooms, super comfy beds in all of the bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and I mean FULLY STOCKED. Anything you could possibly need to bake, cook, make coffee via pot or Keurig, water and ice from the fridge, beach chairs, bikes, washer & dryer, etc. The pool is gorgeous, lighted up beautifully at night with two super nice showers outside too. There is not a thing you could possibly need or want in a rental, except for groceries of course. Just a block or two from private beach access, soft white sand, beautiful ocean with gentle waves, clear blue water, amazing vibe and atmosphere. The owners are wonderful and friendly. Anna Maria Island is the BEST place to go in FL on the Gulf side. I cannot say enough good things about it but I am running out of space. Hurry up and book this gorgeous home!!!
