Loved our stay
The condo was nicer than pictures even did it justice for. The master bedroom had a huge bed and a nice shower. My kids loved the room with the twin beds. They had beach chairs to borrow which was a life saver. We appreciated that they had some board games to play! The best part was the amazing view. Almost every time we walked out to the balcony we saw dolphins and we even saw manatees at times. It was in a great location - walking distance to the beach and quite a few other places! We would love to stay again.

Host response
"Sarah, thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that the condo exceeded your expectations and that your family enjoyed the space, the amenities, and especially the incredible views. Dolphins and manatees are such a special sight—how amazing that you got to see them so often! We'd love to welcome you back anytime for another memorable stay. Until next time!"
The condo itself was great. Comfortable beds, clean, nice view of the bay where we got to watch fish every morning and saw manatees! Great area The only complaint we have is it was HOT in the condo. The condo seemed to not cool down enough to where we were sweating if we were inside the condo during the daytime. The air is not able to go below 70. When messaged host about it being hot and even offered to pay extra to turn the air down because it wasn’t cooling off. The only solution we were given was to cancel the rest of our 6 night stay and get a refund. We were 11 hours away from home. Cancelling our stay or getting a refund wasn’t our solution. the host is super rude and when we mentioned the stay wasn’t a 5 star stay considering we were uncomfortable the entire time, the host said they will also being giving us a review implying a bad review. We were not rude. We did all check out instructions treated home like our own. We left a day early due to the heat inside condo.

The location to the beach and restaurants was great! The view of the backwater was nice. There is some AC unit noise when outside on the balcony and it seemed like the AC doesn't work all night... so we found it a bit hot in the early morning hours. But it turned back on each morning about 7 am.

This place was perfectly located and we loved the balcony overlooking the intercoastal and being able to walk to the beach just across the street. The space was big and roomy too. Also loved that beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, and a wagon were available to use. Would have liked to have flexible checkin offered free of charge and a larger quantity of soap, shampoo/conditioner (4 tiny ketchup-size packets given), and laundry soap (1 pod given) left for our several day stay. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay!

Nice location and quiet during our visit in July 2024. Several towels and washcloths which is always a plus. Kitchen is wonderful and well stocked with cooking ware. Master toilet would make strange noises after being flushed, but it did not bother us enough to call for maintenance. Very nice view of the water from the balcony. Although we brought our own, the condo came with 5 beach chairs and a cart to transport them. Our family could easily walk to the beach. Some possible issues for those with limited mobility - condo is only accessibly from a flight of stairs. Beach access is walk through the parking lot, across the street, and down a walkway-again, not a problem for our family, but could be for those with little ones or those with limited mobility. Two points of importance: The parking garage is LOW. Our luggage on our Traverse ladder rack would not fit the clearance. No black out curtains on bedroom windows so light sensitive sleepers had hard time sleeping in.

We were very pleased with the condo. The balcony over the sound was very nice at night and large enough to dine al fresco as well as relax out there overlooking the intercoastal waterway. Beach access was within walking distance and the condo provided a wagon and beach chairs, so that was great! The only downside was a group of what sounded like teenagers staying at one of the condos. If they were out on their balcony, it was no longer peaceful and relaxing. We could hear every word that they loudly said. Even with that, I liked it enough that I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing but great things to say about the condo. We come to the area annually and will consider staying here in the future. The parking garage is a bit difficult to maneuver when you drive a truck, but you figure it out with some patience. My only true gripe was the maintenance man who may as well have been named Karen. He was knocking down our door at 8 AM our first night there because the golf cart we rented wasn’t allowed to be parked in the garage (dumb rule to begin with). He acted as if I committed the crime of the century and was very rude. I have two little kids who were sleeping at the time and he woke them up with how loud he knocked. A rules a rule and I get it, but that could have waited until a bit later in my opinion. Also, what’s the issue with parking a golf cart? It was in a guest spot and there were barely any other cars in the garage. Like I said, typical Karen.Anyways, thanks for having us! We’d love to stay again!
