This private community is very quiet, yet close to everything. Imagine waking up and having your coffee and breakfast on the screened lanai overlooking the swimming pool.
The master bedroom & large secondary master bedroom both have queen sized beds and ceiling fans. They are refined, calm, and comfortable - designed to be ideal places for the "adults" in your group to relax and unwind!
The Master Bedroom has an attached en-suite Bathroom with direct access to the pool deck. The 2nd bathroom is shared by the large secondary master bedroom (with a queen size bed) and the two kids bedrooms (each of which has its own fun theme and two single beds). All 4 bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
The large open-plan living room has sliding doors with views/access to the pool! For your comfort, it has two leather sofas, two comfortable chairs and a flat screen TV .
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a quick snack or for a family meal - stainless steel fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser, Coffee maker, microwave, oven/hob. A dining table just off the kitchen as well as s dining room. All dinner wear, cooking items, etc are provided.
The pool is the perfect location to grab some sun, or cool off after a busy day, the pool is sure to please everyone in your family. The south facing pool location means more sunshine and plenty of breezes to make for a perfect poolside day. There is a large lanai with plenty of furniture to enjoy the outdoor space.
The Spa is connected to the pool and sits in the south east corner. Relax and ease your stress in the heated spa.
For your entertainment, there is a pool table, shuffle board and video game set up, and darts located in the garage.
Washing machine and dryer is in a closet right next to the garage door.
Free Secure WiFi is of course available 24x7.
The private driveway provides parking for 2 cars.

We have been staying at rentals in the Davenport are for close to 10 years. This home is by far the best! Not only is the home well cared for and clean it had all the necessities we needed. Very spacious and lots of room for a family. The pool and spa were amazing and very private. We had paid for heat and it was a perfect temperature. Very close to many restaurants, shopping and golf courses. Disney and the H2O Waterpark are less than 1/2 hr away. We loved the house and the area so much we already booked for next year!

This property is amazing! It’s bright, clean and spacious with all the necessities for a relaxing stay. The layout provides privacy for each of the bedrooms and the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen is ideal for gathering and spending time together. The backyard pool and hot tub are perfect for soaking up the warmth and sun and the game room is a great place for friendly competition playing pool, shuffleboard and throwing darts. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood, while still convenient to restaurants and shopping. I will definitely return to this property and highly recommend it.

The home was light and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. Very family friendly with game room to entertain all. The pool and hot tub was clean and well maintained. We used it daily with no problems. Many great restaurants nearby to choose from . Close to Disney World and many other attractions. Will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful vacation home. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed for an extended stay. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the pool and spa area was beyond expectations! The home is well cared for and very clean! The neighborhood is quiet and safe and great for walks. Our entire family had a great vacation and we were amazed how peaceful and private the pool/spa area is. We will definitely be back again next year!
