Mad and D.Horrible dirty old
This was the worst condo we have ever stayed at. We walkef in the foor and almost turned around and left after seeing how horrible it was. Tub drain was rusty, toilet was broke and my husband had to fix it. Bedding was gross, towels were old and frayed, front closet was dusty and dirty. There was sand on the dishes in the cupboards. Everything was old. Nothing was updated. Refrigerator and microwave hadn't been cleaned. The owner said he couldn't get anyone there until the end of the week. My husband cleaned them. Wiring for the lights and fan ran from the outlet on the wall up to the fan on the ceiling. Very dangerous. Everything was dirty and old and gross.

Condo right in the heart of deerfield beech has all the comforts of home and the pool area was amazing. Beaches and parks within walking distance. Ron was very easy to work with, one of my nephews that lived nearby came to visit and ended up taking time off and stayed with us for 4 days. The restaurants, shopping and 7 eleven 24 hours a day was very convenient. We will definitely be going back.

Stayed at the Buccaneer in May. A Full kitchen, Big TV & all accessories you need for your stay. The place was very well kept. Special thanks to Danny. The beach was walking distance. Loved the one mile walk every night. The area has everything you need. Restaurants, ice cream place a Pizza place and also a 7 eleven.Would love to come againHagop

Diane J.Good then disastrous had to leave legionella pneumonia from fungus in AC unit
We were enjoying the area. Spent 18 days in condo. The condo needs a good cleaning. All linens should be changed including the AC Unit. My husband turned it on and the fungus in this unit went into his lungs, went to see doctor, told to go by ambulance to the hospital, we decided to come home.. Upon arrival at home husband went by ambulance to the hospital was diagnosed with LEGIONELLA PNEUMONIA, spending 8 days in hospital with this massive fungus growing and spreading in his lung and elsewhere in his body. He is still in recovery, he was perfectly healthy with excellent lungs. We lost a lot of money as we paid for 30 days and stayed 18 days,

"First, I want to express my heartfelt concern. I pray for a full recovery!! I have rented my condo for 17 years without incident like this! My house keepers clean and disinfect the air conditioner filters everytime there is a turnover. Their accusation that my air conditioners caused the problem is pure speculation, at best.They have absolutely no proof that that is what caused his illness. I have many guests returning year after year. Also, "clean" has a different meaning for each guest!?!"

This was my first rental through Florida Rentals. The unit was spotless & the owner was very helpful. A caretaker was there Monday - Friday maintaining the property. I believe there are about 30 units. Am planning to rent there next March.
