The Living Room offers spectacular ocean views, a Queen Sofa Sleeper, comfy Chairs and a 70"-inch Smart TV. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and En-Suite Bath. The second bedroom has Queen bed and En-Suite Bath. The Bunk Room has Twin Bunk Beds and En Suite Bath. Each Bedroom has a Full Bath. The kitchen comes fully equipped with your essential cooking needs, including dishes, crock pot, silverware, pots and pans, baking sheets, serving dishes, utensils, muffin pans, toaster, blender and dual coffee maker. There is also an in unite washer and dryer.

TIDEWATER BEACH RESORT has impressive amenities: two outdoor lagoon pools with hot tubs, a heated indoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center with Roman Spa, sauna and steam room, theater, game room arcade, coffee, tiki bar and restaurant.

Per HOA requirements, the minimum age to book is 25 years or older. No Smoking. No pets allowed. Please pre-register with the resort using a link we will provide. This fee is paid directly to the resort. The fee is $54.04 plus tax if paid 24 hours prior to arrival, which includes 2 parking passes and 8 wrist bands. If within 24 hours, the fee is $64.74 plus tax.

Why Kids Love It

The kids love hanging out at the condo in the separate bunk room and bathroom. Plenty of board games, an arcade/game room, theater, 3 pools and hot tubs to keep them entertained. The best part is playing on the beach, hunting for seashells and experiencing the beautiful emerald waters and sea life. In the evening, grab a flashlight and check out the crabs in the sand. The balcony is perfect for watching dolphins and countless sea animals.
