This townhome is located in the gated, pet-friendly community of Barrier Dunes. The beach is pet-friendly as well. It is located just outside the gates to St Joseph Peninsula State Park. The park is a great place to explore and enjoy hiking trails, surrounded by St Joe Bay on three sides.
Barrier Dunes has 2 pools (One is direct beach front), pickleball courts, 3 freshwater fishing ponds, playground, pet stations, boat washing and parking area, and boardwalks throughout
Biking, hiking, boating, fishing, swimming, and relaxing on the beach are prevalent.
