This spacious home offers a fully equipped kitchen, lanai with grill, peaceful and private backyard and a beach wagon ready with umbrella, chairs and cooler.
The primary bedroom has a queen size sleep number bed, oscillating fan and primary bath with shower. The Flamingo room has a queen size bed and quiet oscillating fan for your comfort. And finally the bunk room offers a queen size bed with twin bed above accessed by steps, not a ladder! There is a small fan and the top bunk also has its own fan and reading light. The second bathroom has a beautiful large tiled shower.
The living room features a 65" flat screen tv and large comfy couch that easily seats six people. The dining room table in the kitchen is great for gathering for meals or a card game! There is laundry available should you need to run a load of clothes or beach towels. The lanai has a large fan to keep you cool while enjoying the peaceful back yard.

If you are in need of the perfect rental home, the Sunset House is a true gem! Our stay was a short one, just three nights. What a welcoming atmosphere we felt upon our arrival...the house was immaculate, nicely decorated, and every amenity you can imagine was thoughtfully provided. What a pleasure waking up each morning to the sound of the mourning doves cooing as we drank our coffee on the beautiful lanai. The back yard...gorgeous! Becky responded immediately to any question we had prior to or during our stay. We saw Dave on our last day and were able to throw many compliments his way. Our biggest regret was not having more relaxation time from our hectic itinerary to enjoy this home more. Needless to say, It's a 5+ Star rating! D&K Shreveport, LA

I can’t say enough good things about this home. Everything you could possibly need is provided. From a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs, a cooler and wagon to carry it all. If you enjoy morning coffee outdoors, this is the rental for you. There is a beautiful outdoor space with great landscaping and a cover screened in porch. The renters were great and I highly recommend this rental.

We had a great time staying at your beautiful beach house! Everything was so beautifully decorated in beach themes and updated! The outdoor screened in lanai and private backyard, surrounded by beautiful palm trees, and landscaping was the top of the cake for sure! There is a griddle/barbecue grill and a beach wagon full of beach, chairs, umbrella ready to go to the beach! We love that it was only a couple miles from Fort Myers Beach and bars and restaurants! We will for sure be back! thank you Becky and Dave! We will for sure be back! we can’t wait to try out your new pool that’s coming also!️️️
