Exterior construction work is currently underway at Luau Tower 1. Guests will experience intermittent noise during daytime hours as crews work to enhance the building's exterior.

*Roof Replacement Construction Notice- Luau Tower 1*
Work begins November 5, 2025 and is expected to finish early January. No work will commence the week of Thanksgiving or the week of Christmas. Also, no work will go on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Expect construction noise to begin at 8:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM each day. You may hear some hammering, drilling, and equipment movement. While they work hard to minimize noise, some disturbance is unavoidable. We appreciate your patience and understanding as these activities are normal parts of the roofing process.

The condo can be divided into two separate rentals during the off-season: a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, and a one-bedroom, one-bathroom studio with a kitchenette. When rented together, an adjoining door connects the two units, ideal for in-laws, kids, or multi-family vacationers.
