Cancelation Policy:
Guests may cancel reservations for a full refund if cancelation notice is received 90 days before the check in date or within 48 hours of booking. Guest must provide written notice by email and contact the owner via phone call when cancelling.
Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival or after 48 hours from booking, 50% of payment due will be non-refundable.
Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival all advanced funds and payments will be non-refundable.
Owner may cancel this agreement at least 60 days prior to check-in date, and all advance funds will be refunded to renters. Owners shall not be responsible for any costs guests may incur for travel or other arrangements in the event of cancellation by Owner or Guests.
