Enjoy the great view of the Gulf of Mexico, the bay and the canals of Marco Island from our penthouse and enjoy wonderful sunrises and sunsets. The property has direct access to the white sandy beach and can only be used by owners and tenants. It is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Tigertail Beach area and is only accessible via a 24 hour manned gate system. It is very well maintained and has many palm trees. The 0,5 miles long boat dock is illuminated in the evening.
We purchased the penthouse in August 2024. The penthouse has a living space of 1.075 sqft and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has air conditioning. The spacious master bedroom has its own large bathroom with walk-in shower.
From the kitchen you have views of the Gulf of Mexico and Marco Island Bay, so you can always enjoy fantastic views while preparing meals. In the living room, there is a dining table for 4, a sofa bed, sea chairs and two additional chairs and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom with king-size bed has its own balcony access and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and two washbasins. The second bedroom overlooks Marco Island Bay and has a queen-size bed. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. There are three flat screen televisions throughout the penthouse.
Even in a rain shower, you can enjoy the spectacular view from the fantastic balcony.
The 0,5 miles long boat deck is illuminated at night and is a romantic place to sit after sunset. Manatees and dolphins can be observed.
There is direct access to the beach from the pool area, which is up to 0,2 miles wide and 6 miles long. The sand is bright white. If you walk north along the beach, deserted miles of white sandy beaches open up.
It is possible to walk from the apartment complex to the Tigertail Beach playground, which is only approx. 0,3 miles away. There is also a large children's playground. There are also restaurants and bistros within walking distance. A nice large Winn-Dixie supermarket is only 0,9 miles away and is open daily until 11 pm.
Dolphins, manatees, pelicans and ospreys can be observed directly from the balconies and from the boat dock.
Fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, bocce courts and a table tennis table can be used free of charge. Rackets and balls are also available free of charge.

Linda A. G.Beautiful Penthouse – Already Rebooked!
We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse for two weeks! When we opened the door for the first time, we were welcomed by a breathtaking ocean view through the panoramic windows – the perfect start to our vacation. The penthouse has everything you need: a very well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Everything was spotless. The cozy and stylish interior made us feel right at home. A special highlight are the two balconies – we enjoyed the sunrise and breakfast on the smaller one, and from above we even spotted manatees in the canal. During the day and at sunset, the larger balcony was our favorite spot to relax. The entire complex is also fantastic, offering plenty of sports facilities (two gyms, tennis, pickleball, mini golf, table tennis, shuffleboard…), barbecue areas, pools, and private beach access – just a 5-minute walk to the water. Wildlife is amazing too: with a little patience you can see iguanas, rabbits, turtles, dolphins, and manatees around the area. Small restaurants and bars are close by, and shops and supermarkets are only a 5-minute drive away.We already rebooked the penthouse for our next vacation and can’t wait to come back!

We’ve been on Marco Island during Christmas season 2024 and it was just amazing! We were there for 9 days with our little son (1.5 years old). The penthouse was a perfect home to stay. Coming from a cold country like Austria, I could enjoy my morning coffee and the sunrise on the balcony outside with an outstanding view. I’m actually in love with the penthouse, it’s flooded with light and you have a stunning view all the time. We had everything we needed, kitchen & bathroom are in perfect condition. To the beach you only walk 5 minutes, especially with a small child an easy ride. Our highlight was seeing dolphins from the beach and even from our balcony!! at sunset! Roman L.Amazing Penthouse !!!!
We were on Marco Island from November 02 to November 09, 2024. This penthouse is amazing, not only because of the two balconies. In the morning we enjoyed the sunrise on the small balcony, in the evening the sunset on the large balcony with the fantastic ocean view.The penthouse is very well equipped and has everything you need. The bathrooms are in top condition.We like to do sports and were happy that everything was for free. We used the gym, played tennis, pickleball and shuffleboard. Two shuffleboard courts are right on the 800 m long private bay, while playing we could watch manatees and dolphins, there is no better place for a vacation.We will be back in May 2025 and are already looking forward to it.Vanessa and Roman
