Our Condo is located between Cape Coral/Fort Myers and Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte.
An hours drive to Captiva and Sanibel.
Forty Five minutes on the 75 to Siesta Key.
Charter fishing from Pine Island (Pine Island is coming back after hurricane Ian, Helena and Milton)
Some excellent restaurants near and far. Burnt Store Marina for one.
Cape Harbour, have some wonderful restaurants, Run Runners and Fathoms, both over look the water.
Pine Island the Pink Flamingo, plus others at either end of the Island
It all depends on your tastes! and how far you wish to travel.
Farmers Markets everywhere.

Pickle ball, tennis, spa, work area, plus events going on all the time.

We stayed during March and April 2024, this condo is immaculate and had everything we needed to stay while our house was being finished and all our belongings were in storage. All we had to bring was our clothes and toiletries. This place is located on the 4th floor. An elevator is avaliable if you don't care to walk stairs. I did quite a bit of fishing in the front pond and caught a variety of freshwater fish. It's very quiet unless of course it's alligator courting season when you can enjoy the bull gator bellowing, enjoyed watching them. The owners Ruth and Chris are very accommodating and always available. If you are looking for a place to stay and would like a beautiful piece of paradise that overlooks a tee box on a beautiful course then this is it.
