Welcome to Tropic Winds 2001! Our condo is a beach-front, corner unit featuring miles of beautiful coastal views. The 10x28 open-ended balcony provides plenty of room for everyone. Relax on the balcony while enjoying the sound of the waves, the magnificent sunsets, views of our famous quartz, sandy, white beaches and emerald coast. Enjoy the Free Beach Service provided with 2001. The condo is one of the few that also include two reserved parking spaces making parking a breeze! No worries about finding a space and no wasted time searching for parking.
The living areas feature tile floors and shaker style wainscoting. The living room is gulf-front with views of the gulf and balcony access. Enjoy the comfortable living room furnishings, with ample seating for everyone including a large sofa, love seat, and two arm chairs. A large, wide-screen, television is available for streaming movies, sports, and your favorite shows. The FDtv+ service provides numerous hi-definition channels.
The dining area includes a large dining table with seating for six. A breakfast bar includes 3 bar stools. The fully equipped kitchen features wrap-around cabinetry and stainless appliances including refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and food disposal. We've provided all dishes, glassware, kitchenware, cookware, etc. for preparation of delicious meals. A separate laundry room includes a combination washer/dryer.
The gulf-front master bedroom features a private bath and separate balcony access. A comfortable king bed and wide-screen television make this bedroom the perfect place for rest and relaxation. The master bath has a combination shower/tub. Our guest bedroom is spacious and includes a king bed, wide-screen television, and separate private access to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a combination shower/tub.
Tropic Winds features 330 feet of linear beach, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, large hot tub, steam room, fitness room, and sauna. It is perfectly located on the west-end of Panama City Beach, in a less busy area. Neighboring properties are townhomes and beach homes as opposed to large high-rise buildings. Tropic Winds is located only 2 miles from the Pier Park Entertainment and Restaurant District. Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar is within walking distance as is Alvin's Gift Shop. The Famous Thomas Donuts and Snack Shop (including an Ice Cream store) is about a mile to the west as is the popular and long-standing Carousel Grocery Store (with great wine selections). A Winn-Dixie grocery store, CVS, Pizza restaurants, Mexican restaurant, and Sandbar Seafood restaurant are located within a mile to the east.

PARKING: Two reserved, exclusive use, parking spaces makes parking a breeze! All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a free parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass. During Spring Break and Summer, please limit the total number of vehicles to no more than two.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.

Anne M.Beautiful beach condo perfect for relaxing on the balcony or beach access.
The location was perfect for enjoying the view, walking the beach or heading to Pier Park. The two parking spots were perfect for having visitors. We arrived to find the condo immaculate with lights left of as a nice welcoming touch. The management company was excellent at providing assistance when needed. The owners had provided suggestions for their favorite restaurants and tips for feeling right at home. We would highly recommend this unit and will be back!!
