The beach is across the street, and right next to our complex is a 3-minute walk to a shopping plaza with restaurants (The Baker’s Table, Touch of Italy, C’s Waffles), a market/general store, liquor store, fitness center, ice cream parlor, nail salon and more. A couple of miles away is famous Flagler Avenue, with its many shops and restaurants. Fun fact: The TV show Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives featured 2 of our restaurants in 2022 – Panheads Pizzeria and The Garlic! Just over the bridge is beautiful Canal Street with more amazing restaurants and art galleries.

I had a wonderful stay at this Cozy Chic Condo in New Smyrna Beach! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The space is thoughtfully decorated with a breezy, modern coastal vibe — stylish yet incredibly comfortable. It was spotless upon arrival, and every detail was in place to make the stay easy and relaxing.The location can’t be beat — just a short walk to the beach, where I spent mornings watching the sunrise. The community pool was super refreshing, while the hot tub offered an opportunity to relax and rest after a beach day. The condo is also close to great local restaurants, shops, and the charming Flagler Avenue area, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet. Third Wave and Yellow Dog Eats were my favorite hangout for lunch or dinner.The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was super cozy, and I loved having tea on the private patio each morning. Parking was easy, and the check-in process was seamless.Whether you’re looking for a relaxing solo escape, a romantic weekend, or a fun beach trip, this condo is a fantastic home base. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

This past May, my husband and I rented a 3 bedroom/2 bath condo, located in beautiful New Smyrna Beach and we could not have been happier! We've been coming to NSB for the last 4 years, for a one to two month stay, in April and May. While the main reason we chose NSB, initially, was to see family, we have grown to love everything this town has to offer...great beaches, restaurants and shopping! This location cannot be beat! The condo is conveniently located, right across the street from the beach, with access on Matthews Avenue, so there is no need to move your car! Just pack your beach cart or wagon and you can be set up on the beach in minutes! There is also a strip mall next store to the condo complex with a Dollar General, a beachwear/souvenir store, an ice cream shop and at least three restaurants to name a few. Publix Supermarket and Bealls Department store are less than five minutes down the road along with a host of other places to shop and eat. A real draw for us to NSB is their beachside downtown shopping area which is filled with lots of cute, beach souvenir shops and boutiques and of course, some great restaurants! Now to our fabulous condo.... It was our first time renting this unit and we hope to continue to do so for years to come! As soon as you walk in the door, you could see how well it was maintained, It was meticulous with a beachy feel and coastal decor! The condo was spacious and laid out well (open concept) with the kitchen being recently renovated and the living room, cozy and inviting. The master (king size bed) and guest (queen size bed), were located at the back of the condo so it was quiet to sleep. There was plenty of closet space and drawers for clothing. It was nice to have two bathrooms, one off the master suite and the other, off the guest bedroom The third bedroom was off the living room/dining room area and had a full size pull out couch for extra guests. Since the condo was a first floor unit, we enjoyed access to a private palm lined patio area with tables and seating to relax with a cup of coffee or a book. It was a pleasure to deal with the condo owners who were friendly, helpful ad accommodating. They answered all our questions in a timely manner and were accessible should we have needed them. So....if you are looking for the perfect place to stay in New Smyrna Beach, we can highly recommend the condo. You will LOVE it there!

We had the best girls' weekend ever at that cute beachy rental! The owner was so helpful. I forgot my hairdryer, but they had one in each bathroom– seriously, they had everything! Comfy beds, even a stressless chair. The beach was walking distance, plus a pool and hot tub on the property. Restaurants, a grocery store, and even an ice cream place were all within walking distance. It was a fantastic vacation, and I'd totally stay there again..

This updated condo worked out great for us. Directly across the beach with easy beach access on the no drive beach. Third bedroom was perfect for my working husband as it sets as an office with a pull-out couch. Pool area was great and with condo owners and annual renters by the pool, I heard where all the best restaurants and happy hours were! It is nicely decorated and very clean. Owners live upstairs so any needs were quickly resolved.The condo did lack anything for a beach day. The small umbrella was broken, two small low beach chairs not ideal to get in and out of and were worn out. I had to request a cooler- which owner dropped off within the hour. The outdoor sitting area is small with only one comfy chair to sit in. Minor details considering a very fair monthly rate and very clean, updated condo! We would stay here again for sure!

Yes, a limited supply will be available, but you may have to buy detergent pods or a miscellaneous cleaning product if it runs out. Trash bags will be provided as well.
