This beautiful condo has been remodeled since the recent hurricane's and is available for rental occupancy - the pool, fitness center, game room, BBQ grill and beach are open!

Bonita Beach Club continues to rebuild while re-opening since recent hurricanes. Bonita Beach Club is still considered a "Construction Zone" and the City of Bonita Springs has granted a temporary certificate of occupancy while Bonita Beach Club completes the resotration of the common area amenities. This includes but not limited to ongoing construction around the complex and common areas of the property. The actual completion is subject to factors outside of the general contractor's control, to include but not limited to inclement weather, post construction permitting inspections, labor and supply chain issues.

We will update the condo complex and amenity photos with new photos as soon as the complex is completed. The beach is beautiful and ready for your enjoyment! The Bonita Beach Club condo association currently requries all owners, guests & renters to sign a construction disclaimer/waiver prior to occupancy. Management will send a copy of the disclaimer/waiver after your booking reservation.

This beautiful Bonita Beach Club condo has been newly remodeled since the hurricane and the current interior photos are an accurate, up to date representation of the condo. The photos of the exterior condo complex and amenities, to include but not limited to the pool, tennis courts, fitness center, amenity center and common area were taken pre-hurricane.

While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible from this condo complex. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach Club, Bonita Beach & Fort Myers Beach, local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!
