Beautiful home! Not only was the home clean but it was thoughtfully filled with little extras from rain jackets and umbrellas to closets packed with Disney dress up clothes for the kids . Lots of pool toys as well. There was plenty to do at the home for the children and adults . My favorite day on our trip wasn’t at Disney but, the day we spent at the house relaxing by with the pool and hot tub while others gamed or watched movies in front the large wrap around couch . Great grill for grilling out . The kitchen held everything we needed for cooking . Very responsive when I had questions! Was a great experience all around and will be looking forward to staying there again one day .

It was a great stay at your place. I really loved the house – it has a lot of space, especially the master bedroom downstairs, which was perfect for me since I have knee issues. The house was very clean, and the neighbors were quiet. It was one of the best places I've stayed in so far. I travel a lot, and mostly I find places like this in the Dominican Republic. I loved your place "It's highly recommended for large families. The pool was very clean, and the spa was great – I loved everything about it. The garage you converted into a game room was perfect – I loved it."

Incredible place to stay!! Reasonably close to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Had a ton of restaurants in the area and any shopping that we needed. The house was in pristine condition! It was exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was extremely responsive. They had thought of so many amenities and items that could be needed. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay! It is definitely the place I would like to stay on our next visit to Orlando!

The place was exactly what we expected and needed for a week. There were many items ready for our usage and the garage as a game room is a bonus. The neighborhood is peaceful and the clubhouse is easily accessible. Anytime I contacted Horacio he was very responsive and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we need for this trip.

Horacio foi um ótimo anfitrião, respondeu rapidamente às solicitações, a casa muito aconchegante, devido ao objetivo de ir aos parks da Disney, todos os dias , quase não ficamos de dia na casa por isso não usamos muito a piscina , mas a hidromassagem usamos bem, foi excelente, à churrasqueira muito boa , nunca tinha visto este sistema, mas a carne fica ótima. Foi tudo perfeito obrigado pele hospitalidade

We had a fantastic time at this property during our vacation. The photos really didn’t do the space justice – it was even better than we expected! It was the perfect size for our large family, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The location was incredibly convenient, just a small drive from Disney World, which made it so easy to get to the parks.We spent so much time enjoying the pool, hot tub, and game room – the kids especially loved it! The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner without a hitch. It was great to have everything we needed to prepare meals as a family.The only slight issue we had was with some of the rules regarding the air conditioner and other amenities, which weren’t communicated until we arrived. However, it didn’t take away from our overall experience.We had an amazing time and would definitely book again in the future. Highly recommend it for anyone traveling with a big group or family!

The location was convenient and the house was great, though there were a few issues with comfort and amenities. The beds were extremely firm, making it hard to sleep at first, but after a long day at the park, I fell asleep quickly. The TVs were mounted too high, and the small screens in the kids’ rooms made it difficult for larger kids to watch. The keypad entry lacked clear instructions, and it took some trial and error to figure it out, especially in the cold. There were only thin blankets on the beds, which didn’t provide much warmth, and the door sensor beeped loudly every time it was opened.However, there were many positives: the motion sensor lighting at the door was great at night, the couch was very comfortable, and the price was excellent for the location. The pool area was nice, though too cold to swim, and the host was responsive and helpful. The location had great coffee and fast food options nearby, and it was easy to access Disney parks. Best Air B&B property I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many! We will definitely book again on our next trip to Orlando! Spotless, spacious, well stocked, and great location! Owner was very proactive and responsive.

We really loved this house. The living room had a big wrap-around couch that was nice for hanging out. The kitchen had lots of dishes and utensils and such. The retro arcade game was a hit (Mrs. Pac-man, Dig-dug, Galaga, etc.). I grew up when those things were in the arcades, so it was nostalgic for me. The Switch was a nice touch, too. We didn't pay to heat the pool, but even in November it was just pleasantly cool, and heating the hot tub was free, so that worked out perfectly. It takes 40-60 minutes for the hot tub to heat up once you twist the dial, but if you're in a hurry, you can sit by one of the warm jets while it's getting up to temperature. We used the pellet grill to smoke some chicken wings, which was nice.It was about 20 minutes from Disney and 40 minutes from the airport. TVs all over, including outside! Overall, the best place we've stayed in the area!

Staying here was such a comfortable experience and I give 5 stars + 1 Extra for the noticeable high standard of comfort, maintenance and cleanliness. Although there were just 2 adults in my party I appreciated how comfortable and thoughtfully all of the rooms were appointed with something special for visitors of all ages.

This beautiful villa absolutely made our holiday. It was a joy to spend 3 weeks there and we didnt want to leave! The space was huge, solid good quality furniture, no expense spared. Also lots of added extras that weren't listed eg wash pods, coffee, salt n pepper, ketchup. The pool was stunning, a good size and the jacuzzi spa was a joy at any time of day or night (only took approx 15min to heat up). Horacio and Alison were super responsive to the odd minor query we had and kindly let us stay late on check out day. Perfect location, in a stunning area, about 20min drive to Disney. Close enough but not too close!

Our family enjoyed the stay. It's close enough and far enough away from the parks. Nearby, there are plenty of restaurants and things to do. The house was clean and comfortable.
