Our beautiful Madeira Beach Yacht Club Community, including our condo, was impacted by the recent hurricane. We are currently in the final phases of a comprehensive rejuvenation project to restore and enhance the property to ensure it meets the high standards you expect and deserve.

Anticipated Availability: We are diligently working with our contractors and are targeting December 1st, 2025 as the date our condo will be ready and available for guest stays. We are optimistic about this timeline and are excited to welcome guests back.

Clause to Ensure Your Peace of Mind (and Ours):

While we are making every effort to meet our target opening date of December 1st, 2025, the nature of post-hurricane reconstruction can sometimes present unforeseen challenges or delays (e.g., supply chain issues, inspection schedules, weather). Your understanding and flexibility are greatly appreciated.

By proceeding with a booking for dates on or shortly after December 1st, 2025, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

Project Updates & Communication: We commit to providing you with updates on the renovation progress, especially as your check-in date approaches. We will inform you with as much advance notice as possible if any delays are anticipated that could impact your reservation.
Contingency for Unforeseen Delays: In the unlikely event that the condo is not ready for occupancy by your scheduled check-in date due to reconstruction delays, we will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity (our goal is at least [e.g., 14-30 days] prior to your arrival, but this may be shorter if unexpected issues arise closer to the date). In such a circumstance, you will have the following options:
Full Refund: You will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid for the accommodation portion of your booking through the platform.
Rebooking Assistance (if mutually agreeable): If you wish, we can attempt to reschedule your stay for a future available date, potentially with preferential rates, subject to availability and mutual agreement.
Limitation of Liability: Should a cancellation be necessary on our part due to the property not being ready, our liability will be strictly limited to the full refund of the accommodation fees paid. We will not be responsible for any other expenses you may have incurred, including but not limited to travel costs, airline tickets, or other third-party booking fees. We strongly recommend all guests consider appropriate travel insurance that may cover such eventualities.
