This inviting condo, nestled in a small and quiet building, offers a spacious open floor plan and a screened private balcony overlooking the intracoastal waterway. The onsite dock provides direct access to the intracoastal to fish, kayak or paddleboard. Here, you may even catch an up-close glimpse of manatees or dolphins in their natural habitat! Load up the kayaks or paddleboards from the garage and use the onsite launch or enjoy the heated pool. To visit the beach, load up the beach chairs provided in the garage and take a quick 3-minute walk to the beach.

This spacious condo features an open-concept layout with plush sofa and smart TV for relaxing after a day out. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for easy meal prep, with a dining table for four and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The oversized primary suite offers abundant natural light, coastal décor, a king bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace, and a private ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, twin bunk bed, and TV, making it ideal for families or groups. There is a private washer and dryer opposite the kitchen, a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and an oversized balcony with beautiful Intracoastal Waterway views. Guests will also appreciate rare and convenient parking with space for up to three vehicles—two in the garage and one outside.

• A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F
• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
• Parking: 3 spaces; 2 garage spaces and 1 space outside of the garage
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 2 (2 flights of stairs required)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted

Area Information

Indian Shores is a quaint beach town with a casual coastal feel. The beaches are plentiful and full of sugary white sand and the sunsets are colorful and breezy. There are a variety of restaurants (many with live entertainment) to enjoy a cocktail and try the local seafood flavor. There are bike, paddleboard, boat, and kayak rentals nearby. You are within minutes via car to the world's best beaches including Clearwater, lively attractions like John's Pass, mini golf at Smuggler's Cove, a nice dinner at Salt Rock or grab ice cream at the end of the night at Little Island Ice Cream(attached to the mini mart near our building's entrance).
