This inviting pet friendly condo, nestled in a small and quiet building, offers a spacious open floor plan and a screened private balcony overlooking serene mangroves. The onsite dock provides direct access to the intracoastal to fish, kayak or paddleboard. Here, you may even catch an up-close glimpse of manatees or dolphins in their natural habitat! Load up the kayaks from the garage and use the onsite kayak launch or enjoy a heated pool. To visit the beach, load up the beach chairs provided in the garage and take a quick 3-minute walk to the beach.

This spacious condo features an open-concept living area and coastal modern furniture and smart TV's in each room. The living room offers a plush sofa with queen pullout and loveseat. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cookware, and a dining table for six plus four bar stools. The oversized primary suite features a king bed, tons of natural light, blackout curtains, desk/workstation, reading nook, and ensuite bath with double vanity. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, twin bunk beds, closet storage, and blackout curtains. There is a private washer and dryer off the kitchen and an oversized balcony with peaceful mangrove views. Guests also enjoy rare parking for three vehicles (two garage, one outside). The garage has kayaks and a grill for guest use. This home is also pet friendly, allowing up to two dogs with prior approval and pet fee.

Know before you go:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (we typically cannot accommodate early arrival or late departure requests in season)
• A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F
• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
• Parking: 3 spaces; 2 garage spaces and 1 space outside of the garage
• Pet Policy: 1 medium size dog is allowable with management approval and pet fee. Excessive cleaning fees will apply in cases where excessive cleaning is required to properly restore the property and/or pet damaged the property. Pets must be leashed at all times while onsite and pets that cause excessive noise or disruption to other homeowner's or tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Please review rental agreement in full and sign upon booking.

Area Information

Indian Shores is a quaint beach town with a casual coastal feel. The beaches are plentiful and full of sugary white sand and the sunsets are colorful and breezy. There are a variety of restaurants (many with live entertainment) to enjoy a cocktail and try the local seafood flavor. There are bike, paddleboard, boat, and kayak rentals nearby. You are within minutes via car to the world's best beaches including Clearwater, lively attractions like John's Pass, mini golf at Smuggler's Cove, a nice dinner at Salt Rock or grab ice cream at the end of the night at Little Island Ice Cream(attached to the mini mart near our building's entrance). Dog friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park and Honeymoon Island.
