Beach Cottages offers resort-style amenities including a spacious pool deck with a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, and gas grills. Enjoy private beach access for quick walks to the shoreline or relax poolside with ocean views. A convenient on-site elevator makes bringing luggage and beach gear easy and stress-free.

Primary bedroom is an oversized suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and private balcony access. Second bedroom offers two queen beds. Hall bathroom includes shower and toilet. The spacious living room features a TV and sliding glass door to the balcony. The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite surfaces. Enjoy a private balcony with partial ocean views, accessible from living room and primary suite.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (we typically cannot accommodate early arrival or late departure requests in season)
• A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F
• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 3 (stairs or elevator from garage)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
• Fireplace not available for use

July 4th Week Notice:
The association may require wristbands for amenities. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be issued. Guests exceeding this limit may not have access to facilities.

Outdoor activities are easy to access with bike, paddleboard, kayak, and boat rentals close by. Clearwater Beach and John's Pass offer a variety of excursions to fill your day with adventure. The location is also a great home base for exploring the area, with Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, Tampa, Orlando (including Walt Disney World), and Weeki Wachee Springs all within driving distance.
