This condo offers unobstructed views of the beach and the sound of waves from the extra-large 22-foot balcony, which can be accessed from the master bedroom and living room. The condo features 2 bedrooms, a den, and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a 43” TV, and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a 39” TV. The den has a full-size bed and a 32” TV. The condo comfortably accommodates 6 people.
This unit features brand new tile flooring throughout, a fully renovated kitchen, updated bathrooms with walk-in showers, new sliding doors, windows, appliances, air conditioner, and water heater.
Fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including a kitchen, washer and dryer, and high-speed internet and free WiFi. The condo also includes one assigned parking space and visitor parking on site. The complex offers beautifully landscaped grounds, a large heated pool and hot tub, games room with ping pong table, lending library, poolside bathrooms/change areas, and two gas barbeques.
Indian Shores is a coastal town located between Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Florida. The town is just a 20-minute drive from the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport and 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport.
The area is home to a wide range of excellent restaurants, such as Caddy's just across the street, Gulfside Pizza, Crabby Bill’s, PJ’s Oyster Bar, Guppy’s, Keegan's, and the five-star Salt Rock Grill, all within a few minutes drive, offering a variety of delicious seafood and other favorites.
There are a variety of nearby attractions, including Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Clearwater Marina (where the Dolphin Tale movie was filmed), the Florida Aquarium, Lowry Park Zoo, and John’s Pass. For those looking for more, Disney Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios, Sea World, and other Orlando attractions are about 90 minutes away.
Sports fans will have plenty to choose from, with NFL Football (Buccaneers), Major League Baseball (Tampa Bay Rays, spring training for the Yankees, Blue Jays, and Phillies), NHL Hockey (Lightning), and countless golf courses in the area. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
All cancellations are subject to a $300 cancellation fee. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, 60 days prior to arrival for a monthly rental, is subject to a forfeiture of all monies paid unless we are able to re-rent the property.

Garnet G.Modern Comfort and Amazing Views in Indian Shores
We had a wonderful stay at this condo in the Sandcastle I complex in Indian Shores. The unit is beautifully updated and thoughtfully furnished, making for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The kitchen appliances are all brand new, and the washer and dryer were especially quiet and efficient. The Bosch dishwasher was nearly silent, which we really appreciated.The views from this condo are absolutely incredible. The large balcony connects the living room and the primary bedroom, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. The bedroom also has blackout shades that work great when you want to sleep in.Both bathrooms feature beautifully renovated tiled showers, and the whole unit was clean and very well maintained. While the Sandcastle I building itself is a little older, this condo feels modern, fresh, and completely updated.One of the nicest benefits was the well-equipped beach closet/locker, stocked with Tommy Bahama chairs, an umbrella, and plenty of beach toys for the kids.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great beach vacation!

Hello. My name is Julie, from north east TN. We stayed here from June 11th-18th, 2025. (5 people) We loved this place and hope to stay here again in the future. Everything was very clean. All appliances are brand new and everything is modern and newly renovated. There is a supply closet out on the balcony with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, basically anything you would need. The pool was great and it also had floats and pool noodles that we all shared. There is a rec room with bathrooms, foosball, and a ping pong table, right beside the pool. Beach access was awesome. Very close and clean. The beach was not crowded. It was beautiful. Parking is assigned to your room number. Check in was very easy and the lady that answered my call with customer service was very nice and helpful.

We stayed in this recently renovated condo over the New Year's holiday. The location on the beach is fantastic and the area is nice and quiet. The beach itself is gorgeous. We unfortunately hit a spell of cold weather so didn't get to swim in the ocean as much as we wanted but the pool is heated. The condo is nicely renovated and everything was clean and orderly. We were there with our two teenagers and there was plenty of space - with a bedroom for each of them and room to hang out in the living area. The agency did a good job communicating and was very responsive.

Michael T.Comfortable, up-to-date, roomy condo with great view and beach access
This was our first time staying in Sandcastle I, though we'd stayed at Sandcastle II several times before, but this condo topped other units in SC II for its vacation-ready layout, comfortable furniture and beds, smartly-set-up kitchen, and unbeatable Gulf view from the 9th floor. We had a slight problem with neighbor dogs barking for which we contacted Ari (the owner), who immediately looked into it and problem ended. We'd definitely recommend this condo and we'd like to stay here again!

This unit is beautifully finished inside. It is very clean. The condo is within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants and bars. The view is to die for!! It has a large outdoor pool and hot tub on site. I highly recommend renting from this owner. Everything went smoothly and was as described. As always, treat the condo as if it were your own so that it stays in great condition.

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) loved our stay in this unit. It was incredibly clean & truly had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that were in the closet on the balcony. The views of the Gulf were absolutely gorgeous. Communication with the owner was easy & always got a timely response. My only suggestions would be to possibly add a full length mirror to each bedroom & maybe a few hooks or towel bars for additional hanging. When 5 people are trying to get ready for dinner at the same time, it can be challenging with only having a mirror in each bathroom. Of course these things did not diminish our love for the property. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!!

This condo is the perfect location. You are steps from the beautiful uncrowded beach. The views of the Gulf from the balcony are spectacular. You are walking distance to restaurants & stores. The unit has everything to make your stay enjoyable including beach chairs, umbrellas & beach toys. More than enough kitchen utensils. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner worked well but need the vents cleaned. There is plenty of room for a family. The unit is very outdated but that really didn’t matter if you are there for the outdoors. Only complaint was that the washing machine was not working. The unit needs to have a deep cleaning done including the inside of the kitchen cabinets that were filthy. The carpeting has got to go. It is worn, dirty & smells of mildew. In spite of it all, we enjoyed our vacation since we were enjoying the beautiful beach and could not beat the location. One last thing, the railing on the balcony was very wobbly and not sure how it was even anchored properly. It didn’t appear to be safe enough to put any weight on it.

This condo at Sandcastle 1 was perfect for our group of four. Beautiful view. The unit was equipped with everything you would need to prepare and serve meals. Also it was well supplied with beach amenities. Plenty of chairs available on the balcony to enjoy the sight and sounds of the ocean. The recreation room, library and restrooms were very nice next to the beautiful pool and hot tub. The grounds were beautiful and we loved the toy box of beach items for sharing. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and very accommodating. The condo is located directly on the beach and is displayed accurately through the posted pictures. From previous reviews, I expected parking and elevator woes however, we did not experience any troubles or difficulty. The condo was very clean and met our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking items and utensils. There is nothing flashy or overly modern with this condo, if that is your desire, you'll be disappointed. If you want clean and comfortable, you'll want this unit - and you wont be disappointed.The Indian Shores area is absolutely fantastic. Quiet and calm, not overly crowded - the perfect relaxation destination. The condo is located within a very short drive (or even walk) to several restaurants and shops.We flew into Tampa and expected that we may have to purchase beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for beach enjoyment. Nope. The condo had plenty of nice beach chairs, chairs, and coolers. The unit literally had everything we needed.We have found our new favorite beach community and we plan to visit the area many times in the years to come. We would not hesitate to stay again in this unit and plan to recommend it to our friends and family.

I enjoyed staying here overall. Parking continues to evidently be an issue which we discovered on our first day. Despite having an assigned space I came back from the grocery to find someone else in my spot which prompted me to park in someone else's spot since I had groceries to unload. This prompted a cascade of wrongful parking. The only things that the condo lacked in my opinion was beach chairs (I left the 2 chairs that I purchased) and a beach umbrella. One of the elevators was broken which prompted some lines to use the remaining one. I love the area and hope to return.

We had a very easy check in, condo was a nice unit. Frig was very noisy like it was going to take off when it kicked in and the beds were very hard. Main complaint is the parking, vehicles parked in the guest spots and never moved them the whole time we stayed making it hard for us to find an extra spot. If we don't rent at this building again, it will be because of the parking. Even the handicap and Office spots always were full. We witnessed people from the next building parking at Sand Castle 1, people parking across street and guest parking to use the the pool and/or head to the beach. People on bikes coming in to use the facilities also. We like the building and the area very much, great pool and hot tub.

Kathleen F.Week long stay with 2 young kids
We went for a week of relaxation and fun. The beach was beautiful and the views incredible. The condo itself worked well, we used all 3 bedrooms and were very comfortable. Great location, easy to grab a quick lunch from The Pub across and easy access to Tampa. Only item that could have been an issue is that the listing says it has beach towels and it does but there were only 2 when we stayed so not enough for the 4 of us in the party. Luckily I'd packed ones for the kids. Everything else was just as it was listed.If you're looking for a peaceful place with great beaches, nice pool (and hot tub which was quite hot) then you'll be happy with this place. Kitchen was well stocked and we had a great time playing ping pong in the common area with a nice "library" there too. We're already talking about going back next year. We've stayed a few other places in the area and this was the nicest unit and views for the price.
