This cozy intracoastal condo is situated in the well known Sea Club Resort, a resort style building with a private fishing dock, heated pool, shuffleboard and BBQ grills. It's location offers the privacy and serenity of the Intracoastal Waterway with an opportunity to view local wildlife (fish, dolphins, manatee) with the convenience of only a 5-minute walk to the beach!

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need for preparing meals during your stay. The living room includes plush leather seating and a large TV for evenings in. The spacious primary suite offers a queen bed, Smart TV, and a beautifully updated ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed plus a twin/full bunk—ideal for families or groups. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit, and a stylish hallway bathroom offers a shower/tub combination. Step outside to the private balcony off the kitchen and living room, perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying the coastal breeze. Guests also have access to community amenities including a heated pool, BBQ grills, picnic seating, private dock, shuffleboard, and a 5-minute walk to the beach.

Area Information

Indian Shores is a quaint beach town with a casual coastal feel. The beaches are plentiful and full of sugary white sand and the sunsets are colorful and breezy. There are a variety of restaurants (many with live entertainment) to enjoy a cocktail and try the local seafood flavor. There are bike, paddleboard, boat, and kayak rentals nearby. You are within minutes via car to the world's best beaches including Clearwater, lively attractions like John's Pass, mini golf at Smuggler's Cove or a nice dinner at Salt Rock. Here you are close to some of our favorite spots like the local hotspot Dog & Parrot Beach Pub (2 minute walk), Aloha to Go (2 minute walk), and Little Island Ice Cream (4 minute walk).
