It's location offers the privacy and serenity of the Intracoastal Waterway with an opportunity to view local wildlife (fish, dolphins, manatee) with the convenience of only a 5-minute walk to the beach!

Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 2 Parking Spaces (First come, First serve). Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises.

Area Information

Indian Shores is a quaint beach town with a casual coastal feel. The beaches are plentiful and full of sugary white sand and the sunsets are colorful and breezy. There are a variety of restaurants (many with live entertainment) to enjoy a cocktail and try the local seafood flavor. There are bike, paddleboard, boat, and kayak rentals nearby. You are within minutes via car to the world's best beaches including Clearwater, lively attractions like John's Pass, mini golf at Smuggler's Cove or a nice dinner at Salt Rock. Here you are close to some of our favorite spots like the local hotspot Dog & Parrot Beach Pub (2 minute walk), Aloha to Go (2 minute walk), and Lulu's Ice Cream (4 minute walk).
