Here, you are situated within walking distance to the beach (6 minute walk), Smuggler's Cove Mini Golf, an adventure family-fun mini golf course and Salt Rock, a modern coastal grill with steak, seafood and cocktails.

The spacious primary suite features a king bed, Xumo Smart TV, and a modern ensuite bathroom with a convenient in-suite washer and dryer. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, providing ample space for additional guests, while the hallway bathroom is located just across from the second bedroom and includes an updated shower/tub combination. The modern coastal living room includes plush seating, a Xumo Smart TV, and serene intracoastal views, creating a relaxing space for everyone to unwind. • Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 7 (stairs or elevator from garage)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
• City Regulations/Noise: Please respect quiet hours posted around building

You are within minutes via car to the world's best beaches including Clearwater or lively attractions like John's Pass.
