Booking Terms:
This exclusive residence requires a calendar-month minimum stay and may be reserved for up to six months. A background check is required by the Barefoot Beach Association, with a non-refundable $150 fee. For January through March 2027, a two-month minimum rental applies. There is strict no pet policy.
2027 Rates: A 25% deposit secures your reservation at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Deposits are non-refundable.

My husband and I rented unit 304 at Barefoot Beach for four months while awaiting renovation of our property in Fort Myers Beach following the hurricanes. The unit was very comfortable and provided us with everything we needed, The rooms are very spacious and tastefully and beautifully decorated and in pristine condition. Olga and Nicholas, the management agency, accommodated our every need and responded promptly to inquiries throughout our stay,
