★★ IMPORTANT: Kindly be aware that the minimum age for renting the unit is 25, and no exceptions will be granted. All guests or adults must furnish government-issued photo IDs upon request. The individual who made the booking must also be present throughout their stay.

★★ IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION ★★ We provide ONE free reserved parking space in the covered garage for your convenience, along with ONE ADDITIONAL free spot available on a first-come-first-serve basis in the overflow parking lot across the street. If you have more than two vehicles or if there is no availability in the overflow lot, there is a public parking lot available at $12 per day, located in front of the building across the street, right next to the overflow parking lot. ★★Please note that our reserved spot is compact, making it challenging for extra-large SUVs or trucks to navigate; they may need to use the overflow lot. A Large 7 seats SUV fits fine.
