Villa C16 sleeps up to 6 with a king bed in the primary bedroom and two queen beds in the second. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, and there’s also an outdoor rinse-off shower with hot and cold water—perfect after a beach day.

Why Kids Love It
Kids love hopping on the free, open-air Siesta Key Breeze Trolley to grab ice cream in the Village—it’s fun, safe, and totally free (no tips accepted!). It’s a favorite family tradition and a great way to explore the island without needing a car.
At the villa, we’ve stocked the lanai with sand and pool toys to keep the little ones entertained. Spend the day building sandcastles together on the beach, splashing in the Olympic-sized saltwater pool, or playing games in the clubhouse.

About Siesta Key
What makes Siesta Key so special? It starts with the sand—pure quartz, cool to the touch, and famously soft. Crescent Beach, just steps from our villa, was named “The World’s Finest, Whitest Sand” at the Great International Sand Challenge, and the Travel Channel called it “The Best Sand Beach in America.”
Getting Around
Exploring the island is easy and fun. The free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley runs 7 days a week from 8 AM to midnight, looping between Turtle Beach and Siesta Key Village. It stops every 20–30 minutes—just hop on at a SCAT bus stop or flag it down south of Stickney Point Road.
You’ll also find several tips-only rideshare services using golf carts and open-air vehicles for door-to-door transport. Prefer to move at your own pace? Bike, scooter, and kayak rentals are all readily available nearby.
A Bit About the Island
Siesta Key is a laid-back, 8-mile-long barrier island connected to Sarasota by two bridges. It’s made up of four distinct areas:

Cancellation Policy:
A $500.00 deposit is due at time of reservation. In the event a reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit, less a $95.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded upon written confirmation. If a reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival – the Tenant will forfeit the entire amount paid with written cancellation, unless the Agent is able to rent the same unit to another party (for the same dates at full price), in which case the Tenant will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $95.
Security Deposit:
In lieu of a security deposit, the guest authorizes their credit card to be used for the exact amount of a repair or replacement for excessive damage, above and beyond normal wear and tear, and any extra cleaning required that might occur due to documented negligence on the part of the guest.
Pet Policy:
Sorry, we do not accept pets.
Age Restriction:
Occupants under 25 years of age shall not rent any unit. An adult over age 25 must register and occupy the unit. If this policy is violated, all monies will be forfeited and RENTERS will be evicted. Management reserves the right to request identification upon registration.
Maid Service:
Maid service, beyond arrival & departure, is available for a charge. Please contact the office for information.
The Resort Provides:
Kitchen linens, bed linens, bath towels, trash liners, hairdryers, soap, toilet paper and setup supplies.

The Villa was perfect for my December trip to Siesta Key! Very clean, appreciated lots of towels (which I find a plus staying other places they skimp on them), kitchen well equipped. Access to the beach close and the grounds were well kept. I would definitely consider renting same unit again. Thank you for the comfortable villa.

We had such a great experience staying at this Villa in Casa Blanca! It was clean, updated, and the perfect size for our family of 4 (with room to spare). We have two young children and it was a super quick walk to the beach (2 minutes) which was absolutely beautiful and the pool was perfect (located at the other end of the property). A little more than half a mile walk to restaurants and we used the free trolley to go into the village area. We ended up having to evacuate on the second to last day due to Hurricane Idalia and the people were at the resort were so helpful and kind. We will absolutely stay again!

Restaurants and a market were a short walk and you could even be without a car on your stay, trolley's and other modes of transportation were available to get you to Siesta Key Village, just three miles away. Our stay at C-16 at Casa Blanca was fantastic. Literally a one minute walk to the beach. A huge heated pool and pretty close to everything you’d need while there. The Casa Blanca staff was super friendly and accommodating and was there when you needed them but otherwise you’d never know they were there. The Villa was more than amply stocked with literally everything you’d need from extra pillows and blankets to kitchen equipment for a full on feast for the entire neighborhood. The beds were cozy. The Villa was clean and well kept up. Easily my favorite relaxing family getaway to date.

The villa was steps away from the beach and beautifully decorated. The staff cleared the beach daily of any debris that washed up. Another plus of the location was the free trolley that you picked up right outside of the resort... no walking blocks to get to a stop! Gratitude and appreciation for the nightly TAPS played at sunset.. we never missed a night! Very clean and well maintained.

We had such a wonderful vacation at Barb's beautiful villa. We were blessed with a great 8 days here and plan on coming back to Casa Blanca again! If your goal is to go to the beach multiple times a day and completely shut off off this is the place for you. You can't get closer to the ocean and the Villa was much more convenient than staying in a condo. If you want to head to the village, the free trolley picks up right across the street. You won't regret booking Casa Blanca C-16. Thank you Barb!

Barbara's unit is so close to the beautiful Siesta Key beach....only steps away. Unit is outfitted with everything you can think of and then some !! Love the convenience of being able to park right beside unit i.e. unloading groceries etc...no stairs !! Will be looking forward to going back again for annual visit next year.

Our villa was just steps from the beautiful, private beach. The owners of C-16 thought of everything when stocking their villa. The kitchen has so many great items needed for preparing food and many of the little utensils you might need. We enjoyed the lanai on days that were too cool to go to the beach. There was even a little step stool in the bathroom to help children reach the sink. The decorating was lovely and beachy, and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated being able to use the Casa Blanca laundromat. All in all, I just would highly recommend Casa Blanca C16 for other vacationers.

There is a free shuttle service that goes up and down Siesta Key that you may want to try. Casa Blanca is also on the the FREE municipal Siesta Breeze trolley route. They run regularly each day throughout the entire Key.
