One bedroom: queen bed and tv
Full bathroom off the hall.
2nd bedroom: 3 twins (one is a long twin), tv and adjacent full bathroom.
3rd bedroom: unattached camper: queen, bull size camper bathroom, tv.
Great WIFI! Stream multiple devices.
Living room large tv has sound bar.
Gazebo offers seating area, gas grill and dining table with umbrella. A charcoal grill provided as well; outdoor cooler enables you to have cold beverages at hand.
Lake front: we use kayaks, canoe, paddle boat or play outdoor games including a table tennis.
Two large carports with electrical for boats or other. RVs welcome (extra charge if hooked up).
This place is not shared with anyone else.

Why this property? Private, quiet, secluded from city noise yet near to Palatka, Gainesville, Ocala. Melrose and Orange Park.
The property had an old MH and airstream; after remodeling them, one quiet evening they caught on fire.
Uncertain about what to do next, we decided to reinvent the property with a new dwelling with the intention to be our 2nd home; however, in November 2022, the new property was put up as a vacation rental, after encountering that hotels do not seclude rooms non-pet travelers like they do non-smoking, and our intention grew to offer a place where people with allergies can rest assure no pets have been in the home.
