2nd bedroom: 3 twins (one is a long twin), tv and adjacent full bathroom.
3rd bedroom: unattached camper: queen, full size camper bathroom, tv.

Gazebo offers seating area, gas grill and dining table with umbrella. A charcoal grill provided as well; outdoor cooler enables you to have cold beverages at hand.
Lake front: we use kayaks, canoe, paddle boat or play outdoor games including a table tennis.
Two large carports with electrical for boats or other. RVs welcome (extra charge if hooked up).
This place is not shared with anyone else.

Unique Benefits
This is a new home, decorated to fit the ambiance of lake living. Most homes are owner occupied and the subdivision is deed restricted. The lake is clear water, making swimming and snorkeling a relaxing experience. Fishing is abundant with bass and bream and an occasional blue gill, these are edible if you choose. You will find a great knife for cleaning fish, and a vacuum packed machine with supplies to freeze your catch. A breeze from the east is almost constant. If you desire to park your RV, there is plenty of room and utilities hook up are available for an additional $30 per night upon owner approval. The area is known for its safety and walking the neighborhood provides a variety of different unique homes to observe.
Why Kids Love It
Fishing and swimming; or sit around the fire pit to roast marshmallows. Upon request, a bouncy slide can be rented.
20 minutes to Ocala National Forest, 30 minutes to Silver Springs, 20 minutes to Palatka home to Bass Tournaments, 30 minutes to Gainesville home of the Gators. 18 minutes to Melrose where great restaurants await you, a bit further reach Lake Santa Fe. Near to St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Orange Park.

Angel's diner a restaurant on wheels was established in 1932, just a short drive to Palatka. Other restaurants offer great seafood and views of the river.
A mere 18 minutes to Melrose and two other great restaurants offer fresh seafood, and great fried chicken.

To secure the booking a 40% down is required. 21 days before arrival the 2nd payment is due. Cancellation of a booking after 7 days from its reservation carries a 10% fee of the 40% deposit. Cancellation after the 2nd payment is rendered, carries a 50% fee of the whole amount.
