••• 1st Level of the Home (Outdoor Oasis):

The ground floor of this remarkable property offers an exceptional outdoor space of this property's ground floor. You'll find a covered patio with ample seating, an outdoor TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy various games like shuffleboard, ping pong, and pool, or relax in the heated pool with shallow seating and a basketball hoop.

The pool deck and backyard are landscaped with faux turf grass and beach sand, ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities. Lounge on chairs or sunbeds, play games like cornhole and giant connect 4, or gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings. Hammocks provide a serene spot for napping, and a kayak launch awaits adventure seekers with included kayaks and paddleboards.

With 45' of dockage offering power and water, this dock is a haven for water enthusiasts. Enjoy fishing from the shaded fish-cleaning station or explore aquatic adventures with provided kayaks and paddleboards. Additionally, bicycles are available for neighborhood exploration, and there's a bait freezer and extra refrigerator/freezer for fresh supplies.

The primary bedroom features a King-sized memory foam bed (soft, but firm) and private balcony access, while the secondary bedroom offers another King-sized memory foam bed (soft, but firm) bed. The third bedroom has a Queen-sized memory foam bed (soft, but firm) bed, and the fourth is ideal for children with two twin-sized beds.

The heart of the home is its expansive, open-concept kitchen and living area with top-of-the-line appliances, a breakfast bar seating four, and a large Smart TV with cable. Board games are provided for indoor entertainment, and a nearby half bathroom adds convenience. Accessible from both the kitchen and living room, the balcony overlooks the pool and bay, inviting guests to enjoy the stunning views.

The expansive balcony features an outdoor dining table with seating for up to 10, a foosball table, and additional plush seating, making it a perfect spot for basking in the picturesque Keys' sunsets with friends and family.

••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats. All pets need the property manager's approval before the reservation can be finalized.
