This 3-bedroom private pool home sleeps 6 and is located in a prime location in Bradenton! You are also a short drive from local groceries, restaurants, and the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals, along with a big dining room off the kitchen with a slider out to the pool. The main living room offers a large flat screen tv and a comfortable sofa along with large sliding doors overlooking the pool deck. Just off this area you also have an additional seating area to enjoy a nice book or get some work done if needed.

Spend your day relaxing by the beautiful south-facing pool, soak up some rays, take a dip, and enjoy everything all Florida has to offer! The exterior comes fully equipped with an additional table and chairs as well as a TV outside for your enjoyment. Enjoy cooking on the BBQ? One is conveniently located for your use during the stay.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
